Rosewood Nursing & Rehab Center

I have lived here at Rosewood Assisted Living since October 1st. 2023 . This is a wonderful place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home with assistance. The rooms are awesome, the three meals are better than home cooking. I sit in the dining room and have my meals brought to me from the menu that I selected. I don't do the dishes. What more can a person ask for. The staff are excellent and helped me through the transition of moving. I give Rosewood Assisted Living a Five Star Plus.

Mom was placed in Rosewood after a stroke. We couldn’t ask for better care. The staff was always attentive to her needs an we found them kind, caring, and compassionate. My father and I would like to thank everyone on the staff.

My grandma has been living here for 2 years. The staff and nurses are very attentive and sweet. They have helped anytime there has been an issue, and have always been very communicative whenever my grandma has been sick or needed to go to the hospital. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones to live!

Great help from all staff members. Came from another facility that wasn’t up to my standard. Rosewood has change my thoughts of a rehab. Extra thank you to Shanda, Gwen and Victoria for going beyond the duty to get things done. Thank you to the nursing staff for helping me in my everyday life.

Rosewood far exceeded any expectations I could have had. This was the best possible choice I could have made for my mom. It was an overwhelming time for me and they made it not only manageable but truly impressed me with the compassion they showed. They are truly an amazing group of people and their level of expertise and dedication is unparalleled. The staff loves what they do and cares about their patients and it shows through with every action. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. I can never thank them enough for the comfort they gave my mom and I in this stressful time.

I recently transferred from Rosewood Retirement Community to Harbor Valley Retirement Skilled Nursing
Facility. It gives me great pleasure to have received excellent çare from their entire staff. Should I ever have to go back to Killeen, I will request to go back to the Rosewood Retirement Community. My mother is currently a resident of Rosewood nursing/rehab home. The first few days I was not impressed but after visiting with Kelly Edmond and witnessing her dedication to resolve the issues my opinion changed! She not only visited with me and listened to my concerns but she made sure the administrator stopped by as well! She makes frequent visits to the resident’s rooms ensuring that they are receiving the care they deserve! I would also like to recognize Ky, one of the nurses’ aides! She is so kind and displays compassion when she assists my mother in any way! She makes sure her needs are met! The rehabilitation program is also outstanding and the therapists provide encouragement and a caring attitude that makes my mother strive to reach her goals! Kelly, Ky, and the rehabilitation program are truly assets to Rosewood Nursing Home!

This place, the nurses, the staff, above and beyond. They are not just people you say hi to. I cannot give enough credit to them. They are your family and your loved ones family. Ursula and Mindy, thank you. Thank you for loving my dad as much as I did. I can never thank you or show as much gratitude as you both deserve.

When I visited this place it was very beautiful and very clean. The nurses and Everyone else was so nice. As I walked through the building everyone including the housekeepers greeted me and made me feel very welcomed. When I walked into the rooms my grandmother was in , it was very clean and neat. My grandmother nurse was very helpful to me and my grandmother as well. My grandmother loves this place to care for her health needs and speaks highly of it. Even when I spilled my food on the floor the housekeeping manager crystal came to help me clean my mess up less than 5 minutes when she was notified I made a mess. I love this place and recommend anyone who have a loved one who needs special health care to look into this place , you really will not be disappointed at all.

Rosewood is one of the best nursing facilities I have seen. It is always VERY clean, the staff is very welcoming to visitors, and attentive to resident's needs, The administration staff is very skilled in handling any issues that arise, as well as making the admission/discharge process as seamless as possible. Their rehab department is extremely knowledgeable and does their best to mold each rehabilitation plan to address all the resident's needs. The grounds are beautifully kept with landscaping, flowers, and greenery. I would highly recommend this facility!

The staff and faculty at Rosewood Nursing & Rehab Center provided excellent care for my Husband following a stroke, The nurses were friendly and helpful. The rehabilitation staff worked hard to get my husband on the road to recovery and during his time at the facility his condition improved vastly. Thank you to all at the Rosewood Nursing & Rehab Center.
