TJ's the Kiddies Store

I visit tjs at their abbotsford location. Reet was their and she helps me in finding the gifts for the baby shower. I would say customer service was amazing and they have an excellent store. Also, looking forward to shop with them again.

The selection is fantastic and the employees are very knowledgeable.

My husband and I bought our Nuna travel system at TJ’s in Abby today along with a few other things and had a great experience! It was our first time to the store, it was clean and everything was easy to find. Sim and Andrea were SUPER helpful in showing us the difference between strollers and car seats which helped us make the right choice for our little family!

We’ve boughten so many things at the this location. They have great staff, lots of product, sales often, different brands. If you are lucky enough to have Barbra as at the store you are in great hands! That woman knows everything and is so so kind and knowledgeable! Highly recommend for all your baby needs!

We came here and sim was there. she helped us alot. We are having our first baby and all new experience for us. She helped alot and give answers to all of our questions. She helped us choosing stroller and car seat. We have a great experience here and customer service is just so great. We will come back again to buy more things. She was extremely kind and helpful throught the whole process. She offered great advice to us and i would recommend this place for great experience.

My husband and I went in to look at cribs today. The staff were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and connect us with what we needed. They were friendly and went above and beyond to give us a positive experience. We are looking forward to our next visit!

What a fantastic experience. We have been to this store several times and have been treated the same each time… amazing! We are expecting our first child in September, so we had lots of questions about everything, as you can imagine. We stopped by today to pick up a crib we ordered and we met the owner of the store. She was extremely helpful, gave honest opinions on what are ‘good buys’ and wasn’t pushy while doing it. She explained the differences in mattresses available and even gave us a discount. Cheaper than any other chain store around. Seemed like she cared about not only her store, her reputation, but the customer aswell. We will definitely be back to buy more, im sure! Thanks again

My daughter lost her favourite Jellycat flower stuffy and was devastated They didn’t have what she had in stock but the staff went above and beyond to help me try to locate another one. 100000/10 customer service. I will be doing her birthday shopping here. Seriously support this business because the people here deserve all of it. I can’t say enough praise for them.

Customer service above and beyond what I am used to in this day and age. Barb and Andrea made car seat shopping for my wife and I an easy, informative and delightful experience. Save yourself the hassle of going anywhere else, TJ's should be your first and likely last stop.

I phoned the store to ask about a specific breast pump and they didn't have it as they sold the last one on hand few hours earlier. Barbara phoned the other store (in Vancouver) to see if they had one on hand and put it on hold for me but would take 2 days to recieve it at the Abbotsford location; I recieved a call from Barbara the next morning telling me that the breast pump is here and she drove all the way to Vancouver just to get it and I just couldn't believe it, it made my day.
Honestly they have the best of the best customer service. Barbara went above and beyond to satisfy a customer's need.
Also, when I walked in to the store, she was doing the exact same thing, going above and beyond to help a customer.
I'm definitely recommending your store and I'll be coming more often.

The ladies at TJ’s the Kiddie Store were so helpful! There were plenty of great items on sale, and the store has everything you need for your little one.

Really good shopping experience. The owner spent half an hour with us showing us around and telling us the benefits of certain items, which things we don't need yet & even teaching us techniques for taking care of the baby that we had never seen before. Learned a lot.

Last time I was here the manager brought me something I needed from their location in Vancouver in his own car to make sure I would have it in time. The service is excellent, if they don’t know how to answer your question, they will call all the other locations to get an answer; “I don’t know” is not in their vocabulary!
