You'd think that in our modern World technology allows us to do things quicker. Well, we know that's not necessarily true, especially here.
First, let me say that I am not impressed with the interior design. If you want quiet it won't be here. The ambiance is like walking into a hospital or school cafeteria. Industrialish ceiling and interior allows too much sound from talking mixed with the usual Starbuck's sounds echos or bounces around the room.
Waiting! I have personally experienced the disappointment of having to wait an extraordinary amount of time for my order. At this location, I've always ordered beforehand using the Starbuck's App. Ordering via the App is great. It allows you to save some time before you get there. The App tells me the time in minutes it takes to put my order together.
Many times I order from right outside the store. So, once I come in I expect that my order would be ready. Unfortunately, there have been times that time saving was not the case once I arrived. Really, 10-30 minutes wait time!!
On my next visit I now know that I'll be prepared to wait.

The drive thru was so fast excellent service very very happy my pumpkin spice latte was so hot the whip cream melted it was so creamy so yummy very very happy

Literally the best location in Stockton. I go to this location about 2-4 times a week and it’s always great. The staff is super friendly too.

Drive thru is very quick. Minimal wait. Baristas are always very polite and efficient.

Great service even when busy. To bad it seems whenever there's a good crew they get new employees. Real good employees I always try to leave a tip-you know brighten the day up

Would have been better than 5 if it didn't end up on my floorboard!!!! So freakin 😥 sad... Guess ill have to go get another one. Then ill be 😊 😃

I'm not sure about the atmosphere on the inside but the lady that helped me at the window was extremely nice and my drink is perfect medicine ball two pumps of peppermint somehow they ran out of croissants and glazed donuts but it's okay the service was great

Friendly staff and very quick. Only downfall was all of the homeless outside and standing in the lobby where you pick up drinks.

They have good drinks. There sandwiches are great when there toasted. The seating is limited though. I really like the pink drink here and the baristas are always super nice at this location.

This is the absolute best starbucks 🙌 I absolutely live everyone that works here. Every drink is always 👌 💯 everyone is friendly and makes you feel at home. I highly recommend stopping bye and giving them a try.

Great customer service! The lady that helped us at the drive thru was very pleasant, patient and helpful. She did her best to accommodate us or offer suggestions to please the kids. If they didn’t have an item she was very apologetic and her tone was most pleasant.
I normally go to the one in Lathrop, but will frequent this more often.

Ok so this is located across from where I work. It’s super convenient and the staff is wonderful! I always run into someone I know or haven’t seen in ages.
Our fav person is JAYDE! She is so sweet and kind and always has a smile on her face! She is always in a great mood and knows our orders! We will continue to come here. It’s always fun walking over and seeing Jayde along with her fellow coworkers. Everyone is doing a great job. Thank you

I had no clue how to get ahold of a decaffeinated hot coffee drink, and the barista was amazing on guiding and recommending what suited me just right. I left very content despite the fact that I was on the beginning days of my caffeine free journey.

Great experience, always amazing customer service from Sam. She's very sweet & makes your drink exactly how you order it!

⚜It’s Awesome to know that this Starbucks here was actually the first stop for someone very special, and for my surprise the Starbucks Personnel did noticed her and even Complimented her. One of the Ladies there, said that she probably recognize the smell of Starbucks when she grows a little more. This Starbucks here is always kept clean. I Recommend coming to this Starbucks is definitely worth it they make some great coffees. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⚜

This was very consistent with all my Starbucks experiences: efficient, accurate, and friendly, not to mention fast! The place was smartly located near the Amtrak station with time-sensitivity being a factor, and Starbucks did not disappoint! The Holiday mocha was delicious too!

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks. I was really impressed with their customer service and how efficient the staff worked together. Everyone was upbeat and had positive attitudes so early in the morning. And I didn't have to wait a for my coffee 🙌🏼
