Publix Pharmacy at Watersound Town Center

Watersound pharmacy is my favorite of all Publix. There’s a big difference in how I feel treated and with being on so medications it makes a difference. Special shout-out to Max for being patient with me

Came for vacation and left a prescription at home. The pharmacy staff was very helpful in getting a small count of the meds for me to hold me over. They even stayed 10 minutes after closing to accommodate my late arrival. Thank you for helping me out of a bind!

Some of the nicest people at the publix and the pharmacy. Whoever is running this store does a great job keeping their employees happy and motivated.

This is one of the Best Publix, I’ve been too. I especially liked the outdoor seating upstairs. It’s open to the public.

The hours of operation are not consistently posted, and this has led to multiple awkward incidents where I am waiting in the drive-thru, and one particular pharmacist (it’s the same one each time) refuses to acknowledge my existence or even look my way. My Publix Pharmacy text notifications and the drive-thru window display 9:00pm as the closing time on Monday-Friday, but it is posted on the web as 8:00pm. This one pharmacist seems to work according to the 8pm closing time— and he seems to either hate his job or just hates talking to people because he’s never once walked to the window to let me know that the pharmacy was closed. He just let me sit there. If 8pm is the accurate closing time, that’s understandable and totally fine, but I wish that the closing time was displayed consistently so as not to confuse customers or waste their time.

P.S. The ladies that work in the pharmacy are absolute QUEENS.
