Dr. V is a fantastic listener with an outstanding bedside manner. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease. Every question I had was answered promptly. Plus, the fact that there was no wait time added even more value to the overall positive experience.

I've visited Arena Care and Wellness on a few occasions now and I've had wonderful experiences. On one occasion, I was suffering from a sinus infection and I wasn't able find an open appointment for two weeks. I emailed Dr. Vaidya and his team, they were able to book a telehealth appointment for me the next day. I was prescribed antibotics and stereoids, which helped immensely. Dr. Vaidya is attentive, cordial, and has great bedside manners. He is always willing to answer my questions and I appreciate that he provides a layman's terms response (rather than confusing me with medical jargon). I highly recommend that you use Dr. Vaidya as your primary care physician!

Edit: They reached out to me after I escalated the issue of not getting a response. I was given the right email address and they ironed everything out gracefully. Increased my rating to 5 stars from 4. =)

The entire staff including doctors and nurses are really prompt and caring. They not only take all the safety measures but also make sure that the patients are taken care of with utmost priority and in the most healthy manner possible.

Awful institution, terrible service. While the doctor appears polite, he’s also rude as hell making unnecessary sly comments constantly. Lacking compassion, poor bedside manner and clearly trying to sell us on things.

Biggest qualm is that I came in asking for a blood test (having clearly communicated to the receptionist when booking my appointment) only to learn that their technician isn’t working on the day I was told to come in. Wasted my time and money!

EDIT - as you can see from the “respectful dissgreement” below, the clinic didn’t address any of the qualms listed above, but brought in entirely different context which was not the core issue. Further proof that they have no defense to their real mistake and poor service.
