AT&T Store

We had a great experience today at this location with Adanet. She was very kind, professional, patient and efficient. She is a super star! We definitely recommend this store for all your cellphone needs.

Let me tell you that I felt so welcomed in this store everyone is so courteous, kind and patient . Store smells amazing the couple times I have visited this store the manager always has it smelling fabulous and so clean . The workers are so friendly and always get my things resolved.

Excellent customer skills. Flor and Adanet explained me in detail with knowledge about my concern both instructed me and assisted with my unknowledge about technical issues. They are young girls' very polite and smart. Congratulation

The service was incredibly outstanding. The best, yes, I darn i employee was Zack Romero, if you have any problems, make sure you hook up with him. He is terrific. Deserves a raise.

I have been a sole customer of AT&T for a long, long time, with services to include two cell phones and Direct TV service.

On Sunday, July 16, 2023, at approximately 4:50 PM, 10 minutes before store closing, I went to your store encountering a cellphone problem. I was fortunate that without hesitation, Mr. Prendes assisted me and resolved the problem, almost past the store hours.

However, on previous occasions I have visited your store with my wife’s cellphone problems, and again I was assisted by Ms. Valdes without hesitation and with eagerness to help us.

On Monday, July 17, 2023, I again visited your store and was assisted by Ms. Lopez with the most courteous, sweet and professional personality.

I have visited other AT&T stores in the area and beyond and have never encountered such a sweet and professional customer service as in the store at Lakes of the Meadow, 4280 SW 152 Ave., Miami, FL 33185.

I want to thank them and extend my grateful appreciation to Ms. Lopez, Valdes and Mr. Prendes for their dedication, professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and experience in dealing with customers like me.

As a result, your store has gained new customers.

Joseph and Eric were a huge help getting my family and I sorted with our lines and plans. We were transferring my wife from T-Mobile to AT&T and they patiently waited far longer than I ever could have for us to get the information they needed. My family has been on the same plan since AT&T acquired Cingular Wireless basically and they helped show us the new plans and how there was an incentive to switch to get the full benefit of the service while saving us money. Really appreciate their patience and doing what they could to help us out. Clean space. Kind, friendly and patient staff. Little to no wait to be attended. Would recommend 10/10.

Nora was a better employe that I met in my 8 years as a customer in att. She explained every things carefully and she was always smiling. She has a lot of knowledge to solve my problems. Thank you Nora to help me.

Came to this Store to buy an accessory and Left with 2 upgrades, a new line and television services. The staff and the manager are great very communicative and friendly. We even got them a pizza. I recommend this store for all your home entertainment and wireless services. I really think they deserve 5 stars.

Been AT&T location! Have been to other AT&T retailers who don’t know what they’re doing, give you the run around, and try to sell you stuff you don’t want or need. The team at this location are competent and honest. Don’t go anywhere else except this location for all your AT&T service needs.

The process was fast & smooth from the time we stepped into the store until we left.
