Dylan was fantastic. Quick to help us, we had multiple upgrades and accessories that we were doing. He was patient, efficient and gave us any applicable discount available for our account. We will definitely return for future purchases with Dylan and the Victa store.

Adding an additional line by calling Verizon directly. Caused two days and seven hours of doing just the opposite. Instead of adding a line they changed my phone number and couldn't figure out how to get it back. Christina at my local store. Went through the same experience that I did. As far as I'm concerned. Stores need to stay open to handle the damage control that customer service provides. Shop local.

The experience of getting new phones this time with Dominic helping was stress-free and wonderful.
