T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Came into your T-Mobile store today for a little help and Christian and Sabrina were totally incredible because I am technically challenged and they were fabulous. This is the store I bought my phone from it’s just nice having kids that are really willing to help thank you both.!!!

Erin and Cristian are amazing! I have gone in multiple times and every time Erin has helped me and has been extremely helpful. I love the Nampa store off 12th and greenhurst. I definitely recommend them if you are in the area!

A few months ago I had a problem with my phone and Brian stood up and helped me right away. I really do appreciate him and his willingness to help me while he had his time off. He's an amazing boss at T-Mobile and definitely would recommend:)

Stopped in on a whim - didn’t expect much being a lifetime Verizon customer. Was helped by Micah and let me tell you the service this young man provided, top notch, professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic … just running out of words here. Signed up on the spot with T-Mobile. Even though I had some additional questions/follow ups, the response received to texts to/from Micah was literally immediate. What an amazing experience. Thank you Micah and to the T-Mobile management at this branch, you’ve got a gem here!

Great place I felt very welcome when I walked in they helped me get a few phones at a great deal I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

Christian has been helpful everytime I have been in this store. We have been T-Mobile customers for a very long time and wouldn't be with any other carriers but T-Mobile. Questions are always answered. We are always taken care of.

I locked my phone in a reboot of the OS. Just trying to restart my phone. In a panic drove to t mobile, Sabrina and Micha were with other customers setting up new phones for them. Micha saw the screen of my phone and was curious how I did it. Sabrina and Micha were life savers for me. Micha fixed my phone Sabrina showed me a safer way to power off. We recently visited this T-Mobile store and had an amazing experience. We were helped by Cristian who was friendly and knowledgeable he made sure that we found the right phones, accessories and smartwatches. During the selection process and our account review he answered all of our questions and provided excellent customer service. The store was a bit busy that morning, but the entire team handled the influx of customers with incredible professionalism. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the latest selection of phones and exceptional customer service.

Tabby is a good sales representative and also chased my dog down when he escaped. I'm currently injured so I was unable to do that myself and she didn't have to so I'm very grateful. This store has a wonderful crew, everyone should consider switching to T-mobile and visit this store. Sabrina and Cristian were very helpful as well.
