Vanessa was very professional and polite. Her service was fast and efficient. I’m really impressed by how fast I was able to get a new phone and watch. She transferred all my contacts and even put my new case on. Overall, we had the best service we’ve had at Verizon in a long time. We’ve been customers for 9 years. Thank you.

Today's visit was great. I walked in and was greeted by Melina, asked how I could be helped and was taken care of in a timely fashion. Melina, made sure I was satisfied with her service and asked, if there was anything else she could do for me.

I have visited the store twice for upgrades and new lines. Both visits I was helped by Melina. She stayed past hours to ensure that I got premium service and made sure my devices were working correctly. It us so refreshing to know that good customer service still exists.
