The young lady that helped me was delightful! She was the only one working this morning and she graciously helped four customers and managed to have all of us smiling. Best Verizon experience I have ever experienced! Kudos to her!

I recently went with my daughter to our local Verizon store and was immediately helped. Our representative, Jose, was absolutely wonderful. He was helpful, well mannered, patient and very professional. He was able to find us helpful information and great deals. Thank you Verizon for this service.

Absolutley the best customer service! My sales representative, Ivan, went above and beyond! He tried to get me the best deals and promotions there were. Once I had selected the 3 new devices and as he proceeded to complete my transaction 2 other sales representatives transfered my data from old devices, installed the screen protector, and put the devices in the new cases. I am one happy customer!

Joey was perhaps one of the best customers representative I have had in a while. He answered my questions and was Genuinely concerned that my concerns were answered and that I got all of my phone concerns taken care of. He told me of what to expect and what was already put into place with Verizon. He also had a great smile all the time that he was doing a great job.

Joey did an excellent job meeting my expectations. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Excellent customer service. I'm a retired teacher and I would give him a grade of A+.

Keila is a joyful young lady. She was very knowledgeable about Verizon products. It was my best experience in a phone store. She also assisted me on my account in various ways to correct my information. Keila is so sweet and her store is so blessed to have her there to assist their customers in what ever they need help with. I am so happy we met Keila today, She makes you feel so welcome. The young lady that helped me was very busy but did not rush an answered every question I had an done all the transferring stuff from my old phone an knew exactly what she was doing I was a ATT customer that just went in to look after ATT Center Texas office let someone charge a series 5 watch to me on my account. That young lady was so good an helpful I walked out as a Verizon customer. Wish there was more people like her. Now my daughter an son claim they are heading over there within the week. Thank you

Jorge was a very good helper, he was new but if he had not told me he was new, I would of never known. Very good service, all the employees were very patient and helpful. The vibe was very open. I was able to speak my mind and ask questions with answers within seconds.

Sales girls are super cool. Version service is not so great. Drops my calls. From nacogdoches to Tyler you have no services most of the way or the person you call can't hear you. I gave it 5 stars cause the staff was great about making unaware of sales and discounts on plans.

Our family has been w Sprint since 2000. We have become increasingly dissatisfied and I decided to check w Verizon. Clayton was extremely helpful, asking exactly what we needed, what we were unhappy with, and gave me several options that were perfect. He and Jorge helped us get 4 phones changed over, made sure everything worked, and even found a couple of extra bonuses for us. Best experience ever w cell phone store!

Keila made me very comfortable with switching my service from AT&T. She was very detailed in explaining everything about the costs. She even wrote the everything down so I wouldn't forget! Excellent customer service!!!

The first thing I notice was how polite, and kind the associates are; from the beginning to the end.They calmly worked as a team.Both making sure my questions got answered. This is the second time I have come to the Nacogdoches Verizon. They are actually an “Authorized Retailer”, which I have not had good experiences with (other locations) in the past.
Both times I have come in , I was having a major problem with my phone. The employees at this location are very knowledgeable in every area I have had questions in. They are also very upbeat and pleasant to deal with.
On one occasion, my phone was completely smashed, on a Saturday. With the insurance, I was able to get my new phone delivered to my house within a few hours. In getting new phone (on the second occasion), I was able to get a discount and sell my own phone for a discount on my bill.

The people here are amazing super nice and they want to go the extra mile for you. We stayed after 2 hours getting our new phones even though they were closed they still helped us get finished. Forgot his name but I think it's George he's a really good guy helps us through the whole process

Always meets my expectations. They have gone above and beyond to help me each time I’ve had needs/concerns/problems. Jose did an amazing job today answering my questions and making sure all bases were covered.

I have to give my praise to Caila!! She was AMAZING all around. She stayed almost an hour past closing to help me start my contract and I had 3 little girls with me also (that alone was a challenge)but she actually tried to help me entertain them. She kept a smile the whole time and didnt BS me on anything. It was almost like sitting there with a friend instead of a sales rep! I 1000% recommend this place, especially Caila!

My phone did some crazy mess and was out of a phone for the days. We had been on the phone with Verizon customer care for hours each day and getting the run around. We went through too much to even try to mention here ,but our last resort was stopping at Verizon in Nacogdoches on our way home . We got Keila and she worked for 3 hrs with tech support and much more. She came in on her off day to finish up the process and my phone is now working . I love her dedication, as well as the other help on the line.

We had the most awesome experience with a very friendly and positive personality sales person. Berizon better hold on to Keila. She will have customers returning
