We recently ordered a garage door motor installation kit and a ceiling fan using Home Depot's professional installation services. Both contractors were great and the delivery was quick and easy.
Previous:
Purchased full light exterior doors and knobs for the back of my home. Ordered online with delivery. The smoothest transaction one could hope for.

LOVE Home Depot for the plants 🪴 beautiful selection. I really want a she shed so I had to look at those too. Me and my daughter were followed around by a employee which was odd… but whatever. I guess they didn’t want me to stuff some bushes in my jeans 👖 idk 🤷🏼‍♀ lol

I was so impressed with the service I received the last time I was at the Home Depot location off of Chenal Pkwy. I bought a gas grill and quite a few other larger items and realized not everything would fit into my SUV without removing the shelf on one side of the grill. Senniya, who works in the garden area, Michael who works in receiving and Donovan who takes care of the lot were all so kind and helpful. They all worked so hard to make everything fit and I was of course thrilled that I didn't have to take anything back. Thank you so much to all of you! You are amazing and went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate it!!

I often avoid Large retailers but the store was intuitively laid out. Finding the location of my desired item was as simple as reading the signs telling me what was going to be down each isle.

Thank you all associates that helped me and my friend get all the landscaping needs today. Every single associate helped out locating needed supplies. Big thanks to Alfredo for pushing the heavy cart and loading the supplies in this 100degree weather. Best Home Depot customer service I have EVER seen. 🥰

Great place clean store friendly employees a s the layout makes it simple to navigate

I FAILED THE EMPLOYEE WHO HELPED ME SO MUCH! I lost her information she gave me to do the survey and it's now expired. I WILL find out her name and make this up to her. 3 employees helped me get a huge delivery wrapped and loaded in my truck. They were fantastic. I really wanted to do that survey for her...but it was raining and I had insulation to travel with. They literally had to take so much time and do so much to get this order put together for me. 5 stars all around. It was probably a super annoying task and I got NOTHING but just figure it out attitudes and I really appreciate it. I'm going to figure this out and make it up to you!

It's HD! One of my favorite places! New faces, friendly, offered help! Found what I needed and the prices were down from the last time I visited in the lumber dept.

My review is for the lady in the receiving dept. Showed up on 12/5 at about 0700 to pickup an empty trailer. Beautiful lady (I don't remember her name) & I had a great conversation while she was checking to make sure the trailer was empty. She then had to come outside to unlock the kingpin & we were able to chat more. We may have gotten off so well because she's from Connecticut & I'm from Pennsylvania 😀 Awesome lady with a great personality!! 10 stars really.

Ordered tile on line which didn't meet our needs. Returned it to local store and they quickly returned all my money including shipping. Just needed the order number from my email, and no hassles!

After visiting this store they have restored my faith in how a store should take care of customers. This store was SLAMMED with people out enjoying nice warm sunshine. I flagged down one employee named Truman. He was more than willing to help locate the planters we needed. He was one of many employees out in the lawn and garden center that were helping customers out, not going inside the store and not returning.

The team is very friendly and helpful. The HD app is great for locating stuff in the store.

It may be old, the parking lot a maze, the inside a zoo, but this HD is still my go to. The out of stock situation is not as bad here as other big boxes

Home Depot is a great go to for home improvements and appliances.

Incredible selection of Milwaukee and Ryobi power tools, and the displays are always incredible. My go-to store for purchasing tools for my daily needs. Very knowledgeable staff, ask for Evan! 10/10 recommend

I've shopped everywhere and almost always wind up back here for best deals. It's better to know what you want beforehand to bypass the inevitably absent or novice associates. Their website is very good.
