Incredible service always calls with reminders. I left another Pharmacy in the area that gave me medication that taking together could have done serious damage to my health. Kramer's Pharmacy has always been 100% I have spoken to the pharmacist on a couple of occasions who has even suggested different medications that I might speak to my physician about that might actually be better for me. The owner Andy Kramer is almost always available for a phone call to assist with any questions. There is an extremely courteous staff both the Pharmacists and the front staff are always polite and efficient.

We love Kramer's Pharmacy.
I have an elderly father that I take care of, so he has a high requirement for meds.
I come in often enough that they now know me by name.
They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent fast friendly service. They are always happy to see everyone that comes in. There is a comfortable family feeling though out the store and between the employees. The people working there have been there for many years which is always a good sign. I wish more companies treated their employees and customers as well as Kramers does. They are always available to give excellent advice on the uses and side effects of the medicines. Nice gift and medical supply items. I highly recommend them. They are also located right inside a popular local medical building.
The wait for my orders has never been more than 10 minutes.

I have gone in multiple times to buy covid test kits. Yes I understand that they are priced higher that you can buy on Amazon or another pharmacy.
However everywhere else is sold out.
This business owner has made an extra effort to supply the community with needed tests…at a significant expense to the pharmacy if you add shipping and extra employees on the clock to sell them.
Want to complain about the cost of the test kit? Nobody is forcing you to purchase them here!

This pharmacy always has what I need. During the pandemic, I couldn't find rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide anywhere. Kramers had them both! As soon as I walk in I am greeted with friendly faces and they are always quick to help me find what I need which is never the case I find with the larger pharmacies who can barely bother to look at you sometimes. Happy to support this small-town business!

Kramer’s pharmacy is one of the very few places where we have found Covid tests available in a consistent and reliable manner. Go to CVS and they have nothing. Go to Walgreens and nothing.

When we needed to see if our family was infected, we went to Kramer’s and were able to get the home tests. The packages were factory sealed and a very recognizable and reputable brand (Abbott). At $20 a test (two to a box so $40), we found that to be more than reasonable.

When it comes to so many things COVID-related, it’s the Wild West out there. Thank goodness for a pharmacy family that cares.

I used to go to Costco pharmacy but it was always a trying experience with parking, long lines, and even longer wait times. Additionally, they were very inconsistent in their policies and many times were out of stock on my meds. Being that my scrips were sent over in advance they could and should have called to let me know when meds were unavailable. All complaints to pharmacy manager fell on deaf ears. KRAMER’S has plenty of parking, they’re friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the wait is never more than 10 mins, the average being about 5. Also, their prices are competitive. I’m so happy I switched from Costco!

I have been using Kramer's Pharmacy for more than 10 years, and they have always provided excellent service. They follow up with your doctor for refills, are always courteous and professional, and will deliver your prescriptions for you.

I love this pharmacy! It is like the old school pharmacies that we all heard about our parents and grandparents shopping at as kids. They are all very friendly and they get your prescriptions finished within just a few minutes. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for anything! I used to go to Walgreens and places like that and had to deal with long lines, bad attitudes (like they were doing me a favor) and now I have the pleasure of dealing with a true mom and pop shop! For those of you who grew up in the Westlake/Agoura area it's like getting your prescription filled at the old Clark Drugs!!!

This place is great. I've been going here every month for a little over 3 years now, and I've never waited longer than 10-15 mins. Staff is always friendly. Never feel like I'm being judged. I really didn't realize how much I disliked getting my prescriptions filled at cvs and costco until I started going here.

I'm baffled by the bad reviews. The people who work there are extremely easy to talk to and very efficient. I've been using them for at least 15 years, and have never had any kind of mixup or bad experience of any kind. I was looking up their hours, but when I saw these reviews, had to stick up for them. Their prices are competitive and they even have a very reliable delivery service. I highly recommend them.

Kramers Pharmacy did an excellent job for me! They helped me what should I get instead on the prescription since it was not available at that moment. They were kind enough to do some changes :) Great job!
