Boot Barn

I found a jacket at a Boot Barn store out of state. I didn’t purchase it at the time, but kept thinking about it. When I got home, I went to the Boise store and they no longer had it in stock. Bummer. I stoped by the new Nampa store and I spoke with Calvin. Talk about customer service!!! Calvin went above and beyond to locate the jacket in a different state(and not the state I originally found it) and had it shipped to the store, free of charge. I was so excited to finally have my favorite new leather jacket. Thank you, Calvin. I will now always shop at Boot Barn Nampa first, because of employees like you!

Walk in the store, was greeted by a handsome young man very kind on everyones part. Young man Help me and my husband look for our daughter’s wedding outfit. made us feel welcomed. 10 out of 10 must try again

Didn't buy anything but they have beautiful boots and purses! Had a good time looking.

The workers were very helpful when it came to choosing the perfect boots for me I asked for certain colors and they directed me immediately overall a very good experience will be coming back soon.!!!
