Always takes care of my needs, definitely deserves 5-stars. Every time I visited I’ve been able to go in and out within 10 minutes, so that’s a bonus. This is a small store and parking exists in front of the store but is limited and can be a nuisance during peak times, especially because it serves other stores in the area as well.

Rhonda is always a pleasure to deal with! She’s professional, helpful, and friendly—she’s why we go back! Good customer service is hard to find, but I always find it here! (Jalyn — you’re doing great! Keep smiling!). Thank you ladies!

Quick fast service, went in for an Amazon return and was out in less than a minute. Staff very friendly as well

My wife and I were shipping some equipment through the Store #5601, located in Corpus Christi, Texas. The equipment required item equipment numbers for all the pieces. This meant that we had to drive clear back across town to retrieve the sheet that had those numbers. The employee we only knew as Rachel apologized for the inconvenience. As we were getting ready to leave she called us back. She had used her scanner to read the bar codes on our equipment! What a wonderful gesture she did without being asked. A wonderful person and great representative of UPS service is what we saw that day. Thank you whoever hired her. She is an asset to your organization. I hope the UPS bosses see this review. That is the store we will use for all our shipping needs.

The staff is very nice. I had several return items, and they were very quick getting me in and out.

I'm sorry to see so many negative reviews. I've visited this store several times in the last year or so, for Amazon returns and other services. The staff were friendly and helpful every time. Perhaps it helps if a customer calls ahead to confirm the store hours, and doesn't arrive just before closing.

Despite the negative reviews I decided to use this UPS store. I have to say I experienced none of the things that are listed in the other reviews. The two ladies in the store were both very kind and helpful. My package was shipped on time and there were no issues even though I was shipping perfume (which can be denied due to its flamibility). Great experience over all.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I've been going there for years, always great service! Sometimes they get busy, real busy, but I have never been treated rude. Jennifer, Delia and the girls all do an awesome job.

Even if their busy they take the time to welcome everyone in like all businesses moments an availability is slow due to capacity but once they service you nothing matters but your most important need or task at that minute.

Not sure why there are negative reviews? I've been going there for the last 3 months, and the ladies there are always very professional, friendly and helpful. I've shown up at closing time and they have stayed late to ensure they helped me. Couldn't ask for a better experience, 100% top-shelf service!

June 2, 2017. In the insane world of overnight shipping, you need a knowledgable crew at the front counter. The staff here is friendly, and efficient. One thing I noticed, is that the rudeness of the customers is surely wearing on those friendly faces. A thank you when you leave the store will be in order, once in a while.

I have a mailbox at this location. Every time I go in every current employee is super friendly and helpful. Most of these bad reviews come from policies, that the employees can’t control. 🙏 Keep up the good work!

Stopped by to ship a package and Jennifer helped me with polite, professional, and prompt service. There was a small wait as she was the only one there to help customers, but she made sure to address me and let me know she'd be right with me.

I was in a hurry like always, the lady was so nice and took my package, offered to tape it up for me and sent me on my way with my tracking receipt. I'm sure she can't always do all that, but I really appreciated it this time. Thanks so much!

Wow! Don't know why there are so many bad reviews on here. Received great service from the lady who was extremely prompt and efficient. She treated us with the utmost respect and kindness and was able to carry the huge and heavy box we brought in all on her own. What a hoss! Definitely would recomend this place.
