Ryan was amazing and super helpful! He made the experience more fun by using small talk while we waited for my new iPhone to transfer over data. He even walked me to the door on my way out and held it open for me. I give Ryan 5 out of 5 stars ⭐

Trevor helped me transfer my phone from one carrier to another and also helped me restore my phone back to where it was before the transfer. My husband and brother both passed away and I thought I lost everything. He saw how important is was for me to get everything back.

My husband did not respond correctly for my visit. I truly appreciated Yolanda's assistance as I purchased this new Samsung phone. It the newest and most complicated of the cell phones. The directions are only on the phone, and difficult to follow, without feeling that I will make an error and lose vital functions. Thankfully We found all my contacts. Now we are working on how to relay to my printer so I can print out Info that I would like. Also I am looking for a method of calling someone who is not on my contact list. My husband was not happy that I purched a phone that he would not have chosen. I felt that YOLANDA was very understanding and helpful. I am very thankful for her help.

Very happy with my recent experience with AT&T and switching all my business lines to them. My sales rep was thorough, attentive and capable. I feel like AT&T values my business.

Brittany, the sales rep that helped me, was very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations of help when I came in. She even saved us money by helping us switch our plan and then even resolved some issues that we've had with our billing for the last couple years.

Trying a new company. Leaving Verizon and trying AT&t. Hopefully they can perform better. I travel approximately 8,000 to 10,000 mi a month and extremely frustrated with Verizon. Let's see what Yolanda and her crew can do. Thank you, Yolanda, you were excellent. 🙏🏽🙌🏽

In all of my years with AT&T, Janet, at the Niles location, was the most efficient, friendly & professional person I’ve ever had help me in the process of getting a new phone set up & all info transferred successfully. I truly couldn’t be happier with how smooth the process went & how friendly and enjoyable she made the experience.

Woke up on Sunday morning and my phone was completely out of commission. I ordered a new phone at 8 am and was there at 10 am when the doors opened. My order was ready upon my arrival, Brittany helped me and she could not have been more helpful. This was an unplanned event - so I arrived with 3 young kids... she recommended the proper accessories, helped set up my phone and got me out the door as quickly as possible. She was wonderful to work with - 10/10 recommend Brittany.

Janet was once again phenomenal! Top tier all the way around,just overall amazing at what she does. Got me exactly what I wanted and even saved me some money. Her customer service skills are unmatched! 12/10 recommend dealing with her when you go to the Niles location. She will get you all the way right!

Friday afternoon I walked into your store and was promptly greeted by your employee (Mike). He was friendly, professional and genuinely interested in my problem. He asked several probing questions, then dove right in to address the issue. In short order he provided a solution, thereby making my day! Needless to say, I am quite pleased!

Stopped in to get a new phone today and was promptly greeted by Yolanda. She made the transition to my new phone quick and easy! She spoke with us about several different possibilities of service with such great knowledge of the products that she is selling. She has such a fun personality, an absolute asset to have working for AT&T. Overall great experience.
