AT&T Store

John T was extremely helpful when chat and phone calls to ATT&T failed us. He solved our issues, answered questions honestly and made us feel comfortable making a phone change. He was super friendly and quick to help us. In addition, we drove over 30 minutes to this location as they have consistently been above and beyond in service for over 9 years for our family. We made an attempt to visit our local store in New Smyrna Beach advertising hours of 11m to 5pm but the store was not open so we drove to Daytona Beach and found success with John T.

Bobby out of the Daytona location was by far the most knowledgeable employee I’ve ever dealt with at any AT&T location. That’s not a knock at previous experiences, but I’ve never been in and out of a store so quickly and happy. Moving forward I will take the extra drive to see Bobby for anything I need. Thanks Bobby!

Quickly addressed and assisted by staff, two very friendly employees. Went in because my sim card was not working. In less than 10 minutes I had a new sim card, everything worked out, and I was good to go. Was informed of some holiday deals, and plan to return!

Alex at the Daytona Beach Store on International Speedway Parkway was exceptional. Calm, polite, & professional service. Will be back for future business.

I paid my bill in store and the store associate here in Daytona Beach (1804 W International Speedway Blvd Suite 801, Daytona Beach, FL 32114) was extremely helpful and so very thoughtful and sweet to me. He told me he lost his wife to breast cancer and talked to me about my father having cancer and how hard it is to deal with. He was a beautiful person!

I want to say 5 stars. I was welcomed the moment I walked in and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. I would like to thank Dante for being 100% patient and understanding, I would recommend his service to all anytime. Thank you Dante & Staff🤗👍🏾

Our experience here was amazing! We switched over from Verizon due to their lack of service & us over paying for just 2 lines. Alex & the store manager Reggie helped us & our bill was less than what it was with Verizon & for a better plan. We are so grateful & appreciative & are happy we made the switch. Thank you for making it such an easy process. Not to mention entertaining! You guys are great! Keep doing what you’re doing. We will gladly make the trip to your store just from that experience alone.

The staff was helpful and extremely nice. Evan helped me so much and dealt with my family's many stories while my phone transferred over. I'll absolutely return if I need to :)

Our sales associate Alex was OUTSTANDING !! His personal attention and product knowledge were better than any I've ever seen! Helped my mother upgrade to the newest technology and a great rate with a Senior Plan. The store was had a great ambiance, very comfortable and relaxed. Management even came and checked on us to make sure we were getting the best service. The overall experience was the best I've ever had buying a phone. This was a great team and a great store!! Ill definitely be referring people thanks to Alex and the team in Daytona Beach at the International Speedway Blvd store.

We went into the Daytona store to replace my broken I phone 6 which I loved and didn’t want to ungraded because of my limited abilities with setting up a new phone . Our salesman Robert Farina was awesome and had tremendous patience helping me with a new I phone 13 max pro. I could not have done it without him. Robert Farina was the Retail Sales Consultant that helped me set up the new phones and account. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I did have to wait for a while but the service I received made the wait well worth it. After everything was set up he also helped me to my car (i have a disability that makes carrying bags and things hard for me) he really went the extra mile keeping me informed about the deals and promotions they have with out being pushy or sales pitchy.
I also have excellent service at my new location. I tried spectrum, and t-mobile and they both had 1 bar with extremely slow internet and the calls broke up a lot. My watch and phone from AT&T have 1 bar as well but the internet is fast and calls are crystal clear.

Evan and Steven are the best! They helped with our phone when no one else could. You can tell they really like their job! They need recognition

Sam and Dante were awesome. All the technical side got handled no sweat. They’re knowledgeable and proficient at everything. The conversation and hanging out while the phone switched over and updated was just the icing on the cake. Good experience, grey people 🤘🏽

Reggie Sloan, Retail Manager along with his Manager went above and beyond in resolving my cell phone issues today. I highly recommend you visit the ISB, Daytona Beach location if you are looking for top notch customer service! Unfortunately, the issues I was experiencing stemmed from lack of knowledge by an AT &T Rep at another location. Reggie was quick to access the issues and jumped thru hoops to correct the problems. I not only left the store with better phone service but a lower phone bill as well. (I brought a copy of my phone bill with me and Reggie identified further savings). Reggie Sloan and his team at the ISB, Daytona Beach store are the definition of quality customer service! After today’s experience, I do-not see the point in doing business anywhere else.

My experience with AT&T was absolutely amazing. I walked in a did not have an appointment I expected to be there for a while waiting but I was welcomed right away and Alex assisted me with my services. I had a lot of questions he was able to answer right away. With his suggestions I was able to get the best phone that would help me in every aspect of my life. Considering I use my phone for everything, I am very pleased with my new phone. It was definitely good to have such a great experience during these difficult times, with such a personable, knowledgeable and friendly staff member. I usually dread going into these stores but this experience was great Thank you! I definitely recommend seeing Alex at the international speedway AT&T if you need any services!

Nesha walked over as I was walking through the door to great me, she was very knowledgeable about my issues and was able to quickly get them resolved. She and the other representative in the store are always very professional and polite when I go in.

Unfortunately my phone broke and required replacement, but thankfully Alex Wyatt at AT&T was able to patiently walk me through the process of purchasing a new phone and going through the insurance process. I will highly recommend speaking to Alex if you ever go to this AT&T location.

Had an outstanding experience at this location!! Reggie and Jenny were the reps that helped me and my husband Clayton and we were extremely happy with the service we received, we came in kinda late and had to come back the next day to have all our stuff re uff transfered to our new phones from our trade ins and as soon as I walked in reggie jumped up to help. It was a outstanding experience keep up the good work. We will always recommend this location along with reggie and jenny!!
