The staff and atmosphere are super nice! The staff, no matter how busy it gets, will always ask if you need assistance or if you have any questions.

Great cosmetics department, excellent service from the employees. Uryah was extra helpful and I found such excellent gifts here for my family.

I'm here to acknowledge the great customer service I received today when I went to the store. I had the opportunity to speak to one of the cashiers and to the manager April. Both ladies were extremely helpful and courteous! I am beyond satisfied and greatful with the type of customer service they provided me with. Thank you so much!!

I really want to point out the outstanding customer service and thoughtfulness of Crystal who helped me find an item I lost in the store even after I gave up and was leaving. I usually don't have much faith in people but she actually convinced me she cares about others.

Amazing Customer Service!! I purchased a pair of tennis and I didn't realize until I got home that the sensor was left on one of the shoes. I live 60 miles away and it was a huge inconvenience to drive back to the store. So I contacted them and the Store Manager, Tanya met with me to remove the sensor so I didn't have to drive 120 miles! This was the best costumer service I have ever received in my life. I will never forget this amazing gesture. It makes me feel like they truly care about their customers. Thank you again for going above and beyond!!

We recently moved to Las Cruces NM. During the move, my wife came across a gift card given to her by her mom. The card was easily over 25 years old, the card still had money in the account and was not available because there was no PIN number on the card. The account number on the card was good and still in the Nordstrom system. My wife’s mother had passed from cancer about 25 years ago, so the card has sentimental value and was also a Christmas gift card.
Evelyn and Crystal, Nordstrom employees, were able to help my wife. Between the both of their efforts, numerous phone calls to Nordstrom support and their combined ingenuity. They were able to get the balance from the old card transferred to a new card and let my wife keep the old card, from her mother.

Always finding great clothing items at Nordstrom Rack and at good value prices. Store is neat, clean and well organized. Shoe department is well stocked and has very nice looking shoes for the whole family. Dont miss out and visit this great store this holidays.
