I miss the RiteAid pharmacy in Agoura Hills so much. The pharmacist at this cvs is always uptight and there is a glitch in their prescription software where multiple times orders are not received on their end.

Their hours show that the pharmacy is open on Sundays. The pharmacy is not open on Sundays. They need to update this so people don't waste a trip like I just did.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacists don't have any regards for patients. I went there twice to get my prescriptions but they told me my doctor has no valid license, which is clearly not true because I later get the prescription filled in Rite Aid across the street and the doctor has been seeing patients for over twenty years. To make things worse, when I tried to explain the situation to the pharmacist, she rolled her eyes on me and said it's not her problem and didn't bother to check the system. I would not go back there. Again, worst CVS in terms of being professional and showing any concerns for the people they claim to serve.

Tried calling in to see if they could help me fill a prescription that was called into a different CVS, which was out of stock. Extremely rude on the phone (after waiting 10 minutes for someone to pick up) and said they could not even check for me but “my doctor can call.” Go somewhere else, this location is terrible.
