I recently had the pleasure of visiting the UPS Store, and I must say that the service provided by Nathan and Felix was outstanding. From the moment I entered the store, they greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm to assist me.

Nathan and Felix exuded professionalism throughout my entire visit. They were incredibly knowledgeable about all the services offered at the UPS Store, taking their time to explain each option in detail and helping me choose what best suited my needs. Their expertise made me feel confident in my decisions, knowing that I was making the right choices for my shipping requirements.

Not only were Nathan and Felix attentive to my questions and concerns, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my transaction ran smoothly. They carefully handled my package, ensuring it was properly secured for shipping while providing helpful advice on how to track its progress along its journey.

Soy happy that Jay P. the manager was in charge of my printing needs. I was under so much pressure because I needed to present all that printing to my work place. But he went far and beyond thanks to his experience, making this happen. Thank you. I really appreciate it.

I have to drop off packages often at this location. The guys that work there are always cheerful and helpful. I'm not great with names but I believe they are Nathan Felix, and Terrance. Great job guys!

This place USED to have rude clerks, but now that Felix and Tarren are there, the whole vibe has changed. I frequent this location, and these guys are always super helpful and friendly, and it makes a huge difference. Please recognize them, and know that THIS is the kind of customer service that makes us want to patronize your establishment instead of our other options... kudos!!

A1 customer service. I was missing an item and they held the truck for a few extra minutes. I was able to go and come back and still get my items shipped on time!

I operate a small business and send packages out about 3 times a week. The staff are always friendly, lines move quickly, and they are always very helpful.

I have been to other UPS stores but this one has the nicest employee there, her name was Jordan. She was very helpful and sweet and makes you want to go back.

Richie was an excellent help with my shipment. He completed the whole thing within 5 minutes and helped me pack the box as well. If i’ve ever seen anyone that needs a raise it is him.

I can not express how great this place is. I was so worried I would not be able to ship my package out being a Sunday it was my only day off but to my surprise the UPS store was opened! The level of service far surpasses any store I have dealt with. The gentleman that goes by the name Jay helped me with shipping my package out in a timely manner. He displayed such professionalism and a charismatic effort in helping me decide what to do. He really made me feel at ease. This is what you call exemplary service! Thank you so much Jay for not only taking the time out to help me but really showing empathy and ensuring I get my package delivered timely! You are amazing!!

I arrived at the Walzum location at a busy time of the day. I had a large box and one of the ladies working didn’t hesitate to run over and give me a hand. I thought I had an easy Amazon return but turned out that it needed special labels printed which required me to email the store and I didn’t know how to do any of this. Thankfully both the young ladies (Tori and Lily, I think) were very knowledgeable and patient and walked me through the process. I was done and out the door in no time. I noticed they also were very good at keeping the line moving without making anyone feel like they were being overlooked. In these days of poor to no customer service, it’s good to know there are still people that care about your time and experience. I hope whoever signs their paycheck is paying them enough to stay because trust me, you don’t find customer service like this anymore.
