AT&T Store

I was greeted by your rep as soon as I walked inside your store. She listened to what I had to say, then explained what she needed from me (authorization) in order to pull up my account, where she could then do what she needed to do, to fix my phone. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and had wonderful customer service qualities. She fixed my phone within just a few minutes. Explaining everything in the process. She was absolutely wonderful! Maybe you should think about a promotion or at least a raise In pay. Perhaps she should train others to be spectacular customer service reps like herself. I walked out as a very satisfied and happy customer! Thank You!!!

Melissa was the ABSOLUTE BEST. Super nice, friendly, and informative!! I truly appreciate her patience and support! I ordered my new iPhone 15 Pro Max to be sent directly to my house, and I was there for less than 20 minutes! You can tell that this AT&T location has their *stuff* together! Big win today! Jessica was absolutely amazing! She had the answers to Ll of my questions and quickly worked through the setup process. She even sold me on an Apple Watch I had no intention of buying.

went in with my bf to get new phones & switch from tmobile to at&t & anthony falcon made it such an easy, fast, and smooth process! :) it was actually faster than we thought it would be plus was really friendly!

The store rep was very nice and quite helpful he not only helped us but we had a very informative conversation about life as we waited for my iPhone to load. I'd rate his customer service a 10/10 if not higher and he deserves a raise

Alex Padilla is the bomb!!!! Gave excellent service on both our visits. With helping setting up new phone and creating new apple account. He went above and beyond helping with unlocking old account and attaching my Apple Watch to new phone from old. He was respectful and friendly and had great sense of humor!!!! He was on the top of his game knowing about Apple products and AT@T service!!! We will be going back for another phone and additional service!!! I recommend anyone and everyone to go see Alex for your issues, he has your back !!!!

Joe Hernandez had the technical expertise to troubleshoot my problem, was extremely patient with me, and offered several options once we both came to the conclusion my phone was irreperable.

My wife and I bought new phones online and couldn't get the old numbers ported. We went to this store and were immediately helped by Nathaniel. He was very helpful and very patient with us and with the entire process. Nathaniel came through and solved our phone issues! If you have any trouble or questions do yourself a favor and ask for Nathaniel. I'm sure the other associates are just as capable but Nathaniel came through! Thanks Nathaniel!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The rep was quick to retrieve my order. She was very pleasant. We were also able to resolve some billing issues very quickly. The store was customer centered and clean. AT&T is our preferred service provider because of their service area, but also their level of customer service. I will definitely refer this location whenever possible!

Victoria was awesome, even if she doesn’t think so. She really helped me out when there were some issues trying to move over to AT&T from T-Mobile. But she was more than willing to help and patient to boot. Wonderful store for the company. Highly recommended.

Lincoln and was absolutely amazing. She explained EVERYTHING in detail and showed me exactly what I was being charged for and when. Not only was she patient but the entire transaction was made with a smile. Highly recommend this AT&T location.!!!

Anthony was extremely patient and even though We ran across the issues with Verizon he was very respectful to the employees at Verizon and got everything settled and switched us over seamlessly. We had a great experience and felt very welcomed to the AT&T family! Rare experience to have when switching over to a new phone carrier has been a nightmare in the past. So grateful.

Jessica is awesome. She worked 3 hrs to cut through the minutiae of the ATT customer service by phone to reestablish our cell service, make new Sims, and change us to a cheaper and better plan. Even though her shift was up she stayed with it until it was all done. The store manager also provided support. This is a good store and while ATT has a lot of things they need to improve on I can offer first hand knowledge that Verizon is not better.

Spent 3 hours with Jessica trying to get back to AT&T after a disastrous stint with Verizon. Found out they have to call the same slow CS people with the same slow results & multiple cutoffs. We finally got it done. Jessica was so patient & helpful, I think she'll be our go-to person after this. Her coworkers cheered when we got done! Thanks, Jessica. 👍
