Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and exceptional selections of both firearms and accessories new and used. Recently purchased a GP100 and it was ordered and arrived in a very short time. Ordered a magazine loader for me, it was actually a little cheaper than online, came in less than a week, great selection, super friendly service, try and give them your busy when you can.

Took A trip to their store to make a final decision between to models of pistols I had in mind . Was greeted as soon as I walked in store. Was clean And well organized .Was able to check out what I had in mind. They answered my remaining few questions. Also Had ammo I was looking for at a reasonable price considering our current economic climate. So Had the Honor Of making my 1st Glock Made Pistol. Gave me a fair Price on the trade in I had. I will defiantly not hesitate to go back for any need I have . I am more than pleased .

Still leaving a 5 star review because I always love going here. It's a good place with friendly staff. However, I get a lot of guns transferred because I purchase online. I might even buy guns while I am picking up my transfers. My problem is that you guys raised your transfer fee to $50. Basically on par with what everyone else in the area charges. But that $35 fee is why I started coming to this place. $35 is plenty for a transfer. I stopped going to every other gun store I found because they had ridiculous transfer fees. I don't know what it is about gun stores in northeast Ohio but before I moved here I paid $25 for my first transfer and $10 for every subsequent transfer. I refuse to pay $50, it's just too much money. This is my only complaint by the way, everything else about this place is solid. Decent prices, always willing to negotiate. So I will be back to buy directly from you guys but no more transfers as of now.

Very professional staff and a clean cut, well organized layout. Unlike some other gun shops I've been to, the staff won't hassle you if you're just window shopping. I was going to purchase a rifle, but had to back out at the last second due to some financial concerns. The staff was understanding and professional about it, which I appreciate.

I have purchased 4 firearms from them in the past couple years and they are the only local dealer I will go to. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about their profession and can point you in the direction needed. Not to mention incredible prices and sales.

Just recently bought my first firearm and went with these guys after reading reviews from some local places. They were very helpful in finding the type of gun I was looking for, staying in budget, didn't pressure me on anything and gave me a ton of information. As someone new to firearms, I appreciate the respect and helpfulness of the staff. Cody sold me my firearm after showing me some options and I am incredibly happy and pleased with my purchase. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to answer any questions or leave you be while you look around. Inventory is great, lots of new, used, and consignment at the shop. Can't say I have ever had a bad experience with them.

I went there in February to check out a new pistol them guys are very knowledgeable about EVERY firearm accessories an ammo they have very friendly not snobs. they don't try to sweet talk you into spending more money I went with the Glock 19 gen 5 after talking with them about for awhile I held it was instant love no they didn't sweet talk me in to it I was looking at a Ruger 9 before hand ended up looking at the Glocks more an more do to there unmatched reliability. always wanted one but never wanted to spend the money on one but after hearing there honest opinions on them and even the Ruger the Glock 19 just fit better John made the 4473 a breeze to do. helped with anything I needed whole process was super smooth. They are hands down the best firearm store in all of Ohio
