My wife and I had a really pleasant experience here at this hammer location in Norco. It’s a few miles further than our frequented store, but we were in the area so why not! Let me begin by mentioning how professional and truly kind Christine was. She was present, attentive and very knowledgeable. My wife couldn’t stop taking about how we just don’t see this type of customer service anymore. We will be back simply to deal with Christine from this point on.

Live in corona, drive to norco because the staff is just a breathe of fresh air. As a local business owner it’s hard to find this anymore. Ask for Christine, she is very nice and you just get the vibe that she genuinely enjoys her job. Thank you christine, for making an effort, I will be back because of it!

My mom and I went in yesterday to switch to a more reliable carrier. Adam was super helpful and patient with us. He helped us get the best deal t-mobile could offer us and found the perfect plan for us. Also, I had help from a young lady there as well but didn't catch her name. A++ customer service, glad we made the switch!

This TMobile store is a really a great one. Starting with their customers service, they are great and very professional, seemed to know a lot of information, they helped us with everything we need it and answered all of our questions. They gave us the best deal for our needs and helped us to set our phones up after buying everything. They were very patient and attentive. Will definitely come back to this store for sure. Loved it.

First time at this location. Surprisingly busy for middle of the week and only 2 workers, so they could probably use another worker but the manager handled helping me buy my new phone. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me get everything switched over to my new phone seamlessly.

Stopped in for a free promotion. Agent was very friendly and had the item ready when I went in. Nice, clean showroom. Not busy, it only took me a few minutes to get my freebie and chat a little.

Nisia and Robert were amazing!!! So polite and helpful! Helped me set up a phone for my grandfather and even helped me to get an easy phone number for him to remember. Super kind and went over and beyond to assist 😊 Thank you!!!

Wasted 25min standing while no one was in the building.
I went in today because I wanted to purchase a HotSpot. Their are two employees, one is helping a customer and the other is on a tablet not helping a customer. Jamie then asked me for my phone# and Name to check me in. I wasn’t sure why since he had no one else in the store to help. I’m waiting 10-15 min and more customers start to come in. I wait a little longer he’s not helping anyone and then all of the sudden he starts to help someone else. Wasted my time. I don’t recommend this place if you do come do t get help from Jamie. The guys eyes were super red and low.

My family and I came here for new phones. Everybody there was super helpful except for a girl named Mariah who was the main person helping us. In the process of resetting our phones, she managed to not backup any of my moms pictures even though she was told many times to make sure they were safe. If I was there I would have made sure they were backed up. but I wasn't and it seems that the phone expert doesn't know what she is doing. Also she deleted my brothers notes from his phone, when she stated that they were backed up. Not a good look for this store.

Ultimately, the pictures and notes cannot be brought back, so I just want to help and make sure it doesn't happen to you. Watch what they are doing, especially when it comes to important documents on your phone.
