My lot number wasn’t included in my order for a hotspot, although I told Hope 3 different times… I went back and forth with T-mobile customer service, UPS, & the original point of sale with no luck. My credit’s been hit with a hard check & of course I had to pay for the device. I explained I needed this for work- the delay almost cost me my job. -The only reason for the stars is the music during the lengthy wait! Never received the equipment as it was marked undeliverable & there could be another 5 business days for my refund. Thanks Hope! *eye roll*

Titus the store manager refuses to do what the T-Mobile customer service department notates on your account he was very rude wouldn’t give me his area managers contact to put a complaint on him threatened to have me escorted out of the store worst experience I’ve had at this store

in store plans and promotions and prices are way higher than advertised online and right now the 3rd line is supposed to be free
after going in it was going to be more than my current bill
