Honestly, I'm extremely surprised with the amazing service of the employees of this Gamestop. I am genuinely so shocked. I only come here for gift cards, and I usually come out with a smile. I'd prefer not to name anyone specifically because all the employees I've had the pleasure of talking to have done nothing but be extremely helpful and understanding, demonstrate witty and approachable behavior, become a beacon of knowledge, and just overall emit insightful and helpful vibes when you enter. I'm infatuated with the staff here, as the short conversations I have with them are thrilling, fun, and lighthearted. When it comes to a gaming store, the only things that matter are the selection of games, the quantity of products, and good employees. With my nearly 3 years of visiting the location, I can safely deduce that this Gamestop meets every point just listed. Good work!

This GameStop location will go down as one of the greatest locations I’ve ever went to. Marcy was very helpful and so filled with information, also the store was very clean therefore I rate this a five star. If I could give more I would. Because of her I was able to renew my membership and now I can stay informed of the latest tech and games. Extraordinary salesman and an extraordinary person.

Marcia, the manager, is knowledgeable and all around phenomenal. She always goes out of her way to help my boyfriend and I find exactly what we are looking for. She even calls us when what we are looking for is back in stock. We have also had some of the friendliest service from her associate Tina. Great store! Highly recommended!

Love the place. Marcy the manager and her employees always take care of me. Very detailed , very friendly , observing and personable. It's people like her and that crew that make business pleasant and keep the video game industry alive and thriving.

Good it's a young lady who works there by herself so far and she got some nice stuff very nice she very she was very thankful thoughtful helpful everything so I would love to recommend anybody to go over there to their GameStop because they're very nice clean and organized and smell good so I'll give her five stars if I have more stars I give her more

Any and every time I go in there it gives a "Cheers" vibe. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They always call to inform you on items you've preordered. And they never shy away from letting you know of current and upcoming deals and specials. By far my favorite GameStop out of all I've been to. Highly recommend. The only drawback is parking but that isn't their fault.

My best experience in GameStop by far. I visit there every time I have a chance to be in the US. This time I was amazed by the service that Chris peformed. Not only he looked up bundle savings but recommended games that will match the bundle and gave us hints for some nice places to see around. Way to go Chris!

I love Tina. She’s the best. Honestly feel like she goes out of her way to care for my needs. Only reason I’ve gone back to Gamestop in the last 2 years is because of her. I enjoy the time I’m there because she’s there. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Definitely worth going out of my way to mention this. She’s great 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The employees they have at the moment are all very personable and knowledgeable. I've had exclusively good experiences at this particular location. The store appears to be cleaned routinely, which other places in the immediate area can't say.

Kind and helpful staff. Almost always has good inventory of miscellaneous items in store. Would recommend to anyone in the homestead area.

I love this gamestop store. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. The store is well organized and clean. Also the store manager she is great. She always goes above and beyond promoting their games and products, training and teaching her employees and excels in providing premier customer services to the customer.

Great customer service

Went to Best Buy to Buy and Oculus but they didn’t sell them so we crossed the street to make our purchase. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kids loved them also went above and beyond 💕😁 Rare to find people that enjoy what they do.

It was awesome. The lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable on everything. She helped me with my purchase and even suggested an offer so that I can save money!

My experience was amazing. The staff gave great service. Especially the Manager, Answered all my questions and served me with a smile which was refreshing.

Friendly helpful staff. They dont pester you just make themselves available if you need them. My kids love the selection and i like the prices and rewards. Love it
