My husband and I recently switched to AT&T. We had the pleasure of encountering Abby and it's been such an incredible experience! Her level of care, patience, knowledge, and kindness are truly rare ~ she is one of the select few employees who goes far beyond her job description because she loves what she does and it shows. Despite some issues we encountered along the way, Abby found solutions to every single one. Finally, when my phone wouldn't finish transferring data to the new phone, Abby figured I should keep the phone until the following day just to make sure everything is transferred. Incredible! So, my husband and I left (probably an hour after the store was supposed to have been closed) extremely impressed with her skills. I don't think I would have had the patience to deal with potential issues if I would have ran into an incompetent and careless employee. So, here goes to show the fact that employees really are the face of a business, no matter how small or large! She deserves way more than a pat on the back and a pizza for lunch, corporate! "Thanks" are great, but they're not very useful.

Some time went by and we returned to the store yesterday, as her luck would have it, around 06:30 p.m. We had some misunderstandings regarding the bill. So, instead of repeating the same old rusty tune of "Oh, I'm so sorry, but there is really nothing I can do, the system won't allow me; you will have to call customer service and they can sort it out for you", Abby, once again, provides solutions to problems. While I did have to call customer service, nothing would have been resolved had it not been for her advice on certain things. Consistent excellence! (Corporate, remember to take the time to appreciate her in a meaningful way, or I will be back to hunt you! ;)

Finally, I can't properly express the level of gratitude for this wonderful human! She is definitely a top tier store manager who can reach and expand any goals. Secret ingredients are passion, care, knowledge and a lot of common sense! Many thanks for everything, Abby! We'll see you soon!

I recently switched to AT&T from Metro by T-Mobile. The amount of 5G coverage is astounding. I always have service in this general area, and I never have to worry about things running slow. The employee, Trina, had exemplary customer service skills. She was friendly and honest from the beginning about fees and taxes, and did her best to give me an exact monthly bill amount before it could be generated. I was able to get a good deal with a trade in, and she had me out the door with a case, screen protector, the phone itself, and two wireless chargers for less than $200! I couldn’t be more pleased and can’t write enough about how great this store and their employees are!

Jake was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! He helped me upgrade my phone; he knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything clearly, and executed the upgrade flawlessly. My wife and I have stopped by this location twice for assistance recently. The first time we stopped in to inquire about device upgrades. The manager of the store, Chris, was very helpful in getting us set up with the new devices. Not only did he help with the upgrades, he provided information about the new AT&T TV plan that had not yet been released. Extremely helpful information.

On our second visit, we had stopped in to provide objective evidence of employment for plan discounts. While we were there, Chris helped us out with an upgraded and more affordable cell phone plan.

Our overall experiences have went very well and we will continue to take our questions/concerns to Chris at this location.

While our customer experiences were all positive, I would recommend more advertising for this store/location. It is not easily noticeable if you aren’t looking.

Abby was very knowledgeable and helpful and professional and friendly. She explained everything I needed to know about my new phone. She helped me pick the coolest accessories for my phone and told me that I could call her if I needed anything further.

The lady and gentleman that resolved an issue I had were remarkable. I can not remember their names, but to make a long story short - she took the time to find and try every back-way 'work arounds' until one worked, which saved my day and all the data on my broken device.

I had a great experience at this store. The manager in training went above and beyond to find me the accessory I needed. I already have DTV but I can tell the reps here are well trained because they made sure to ask about my cable bill.

I was there yesterday to convert from a regular sized SIM card to the small version (switching the SIM from a regular go-phone to a smart phone). The two guys working there were super nice and took care of everything in a matter of 5 minutes and didn't even charge anything for the service.

My wife and I switched over from Verizon wireless and Fios to AT&T and direct tv, and went to this location to take care of our cell phones. We spent over 4 hours there getting everything taken care of, it was very difficult for the people on the other line within there customer service and port service department to understand the situation, and took them the entire 4 hours to take care of one minor issue. If it wasn't for the gentleman taking care of us (Chris), it would have been a very miserable situation. Chris made it very easy and manageable, we are grateful for everything he did for us.
