Best Buy

We went to this Best Buy because it was opened at 9:30 in the morning and the Pembroke Pines store wasn't. I needed headphones, we looked at several brands but weren't sure which one to choose. A very friendly employee helped us out and showed us the brand that he thought was best. The brand he chose was the same brand my husband had suggested but I was leary because that brand wasn't on display.
And it turned out that these headphones were on sale!
I used them today while hiking and I absolutely love them.
I would give a shout out to the employee but sadly he wasn't wearing a name tag. Thanks Best Buy!

I am giving this store 5 stars ONLY because of this one associate name Christian. I purchased something a day ago, and the associate sold me something that was incorrect. She did not know what she was doing. Went back today and met Christian. He was unbelievable, helpful, kind and had so much information. What a great guy, and employee. I hope Best Buy takes care of him. He should get a raise!! He went over and above. He is amazing.

Domingo with Geek Squad was really helpful at this location. It was packed and he took the time to help my mom and I just when we were losing hope. Problem was resolved and I’ll come back because he was so professional and patient.

Sally and Fernando were extremely helpful with picking a tv for Super Bowl. They both also loaded the tv in my car and were friendly and courteous the whole way through.

I placed an online order for a50 inch smart tv. When I got to the counter I had zero wait time and someone carried my tv and put it in my vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience.

Purchased an antenna. Attentive salesmen, quick process. He asked me for my phone so I got total tech coverage on the product!

I came here to purchase a tv, I had one in mind. Ash, was the attendant that helped me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Originally the tv that I wanted was unavailable and we were going to order at the Coral Springs location for pickup. Then he asked me to give him a few minutes, a truck had delivered earlier and he wanted to double check the stock room area. Yippee for me he came out with my tv. The gentleman at the door told me to go and get my car, that he would help me load it up. I left a very happy customer. Thank you!

Carol at the Samsung booth did an awesome job of helping my mom to choose a proper phone for her. Not only did we felt helped but she wae also able to receive constructive feedback from another store experience.

I came in & was greeted automatically with a smile & offering help. I was escorted to my item & checked out quickly . I love this Best Buy !

Went to purchase a Samsung A54 and found a better rate on the Samsung website. While the sales rep couldn’t match it, he helpfully told us how the process worked buying on the Samsung website and picking up in Best Buy. Great service leads to a great review (even though I didn’t buy the phone from them).

Love this store! Great deals and geek squad employees are top tier! I had the pleasure of working with Nick who installed my dash cam and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent and friendly customer service. They are like big brothers there to help and provide optimal service! All the customers that I saw arrive during my visit were all happy to be there and seemed like a family environment! All other employees that showed up also seemed happy and like family! Great store with awesome customer service. If you need a computer or accessories go see John he is great and very knowledgeable. Store is clean and well organized. They have many options for tech support, specials and warrantees. Never too crowded and has curbside.
