I come here. A lot! The employees are always great. They are so patient with people, which can be difficult at times, but not here. I’ve never seen an angry customer or a an upset employee. This store is individually owned and operated by a local man whom I’ve heard good things about. Keep up the tremendous work and thank you for being so patient with your customers.

Amazing customer service! 5 times now I've come and received very kind, patient, knowledgeable help. Michelle was especially so today, but past times and other workers have been as well. Whoever hires or trains them, I'd like to have this kind of human-touch service everywhere. Yes lines, but they have been knowledgeable, patient, and well-paced, with me and with others, incl older people who are juggling boxes, technology, hearing problems, etc. Maybe they could have 2 different line ups: "Everything ready and in a hurry" and "Could use some extra help today". It was worth coming just to feel this. And Package-wise, already got notified that they were received.

In and out in under 2 minutes with
no hassle. Thank you!! It's so much better than the other UPS store across town. It's worth the extra drive to feel appreciated. 🙂

We had a box weighing 112 pounds, and Trinity, who has the most adorable nails, graciously assisted us in carrying it. She took on the majority of the weight, and when we decided not to send it back due to the high cost, Trinity kindly helped us carry it back and lift it into the trunk. We truly appreciate her prompt service and willingness to lend a hand!

This is truly the BEST UPS store I've ever been to. Exceptional customer service at every single visit. All employees are efficient, courteous and so kind. Occasionally there is a short line, but they are doing their absolute best...please be patient and appreciate the fantastic service they are providing !

This is a great UPS store. John was phenomenal when we set up our box. He is so patient and focused on giving the best service. Michelle was terrific today. We had 18 boxes come in (moving from another state so lots of piled up mail). She had a great attitude and helpfully brought the cart to the car to help us load. Way better than the service we got in Virginia.

Jason and another lady helped me. Walked in and scanned a code on my Amazon app to print lable. Was provided a card to move the box into the store. And they both even had a smile on their face. Will definitely use this service again.

Wasn’t busy, 2 employees were quick and knowledgeable. They assessed and were ready to go for my transaction before I even got to the counter. Walked in with 3 separate Amazon “no box/no label required returns,” was in and out in 2 minutes, returns have already been processed. Fast and friendly 👍🙂 Thanks

This place gets a bum rap, in my opinion.
The staff were completely professional and proficient. The line was out the door but that is normal for ANY of the UPS stores I have visited an hour before closing , while traveling cross country.
The staff were very courteous and just talkative enough to not be rude to the customers in front of them while doing their best to keep the line moving along as quickly as possible.
Prices were on par for shipping with every UPS I have visited from coast to coast.

I've used this location a few times and had no issues. Nothing special, but no issues.

I just want to preface this by saying that I have had a horrible last week with UPS, from paying $30 to having my shipment overnighted for an event, having it get lost who knows where and not being able to be found. Promised a call back from several UPS over the phone employees. With no callback and no follow through. This could’ve been a whole different review.

After spending hours on the phone and having to make several trips to UPS it gets pretty frustrating. With that being said I understand things happen, when I initially went to UPS I worked with Anthony who did everything he could to help me find it the day I needed it. It was delivered, then re-picked up by a driver. It ultimately ended up being lost, but he called several places for me and followed up with me when he got news. I had to visit the store several times over this and every time I went in he was willing to help again and had a smile on his face No matter what obstacles this nightmare has thrown my way. The company shipped me out a replacement package, which was then sent in the wrong size. (Just my luck) Coming in the last time he still was willing to help with my return and to follow up on the case for the first package, even helping me when I didn’t have a box that would fit the return. Even though I had to make several trips he was so kind and willing to help. I’ve been in customer service my entire life and I know that dealing with someone else who didn’t have the same attitude he did could’ve made this situation have a whole different feel especially with the level of frustration I was at. He is a great asset to the UPS company and to that store and I can’t say enough how great he was. I think I’ve left less than five Google reviews in my entire life, but I felt the need to leave this one. Thank you Anthony so much 😊

The employees here are always so helpful. Even if there is a line out of the door and people are being short or rude with them, even when they are understaffed and never get a break- they are just super nice and professional. Tristan and the guy with glasses who has been there a while are great!

Triston was very helpful. I had a return for Amazon and didn’t realize I needed a box. He quickly came up with a (free) solution and I was grateful I wouldn’t have to make a second trip to the store. Awesome customer service.

I’ve been to this location a few times. Great customer service, very helpful and quick to help everyone. A small wait as other customers were served, maybe 1-2 minutes. Very clean.

This is a very busy store and people should not criticize them for the wait during busy times. The employees are exceptional. They are always courteous and efficient in trying to process every transaction as quickly as possible.

Was worried about possible red tape involving a gift return, but instead taken care of in less than a minute.

Jason was very customer service oriented. When I brought several packages to be returned he noticed that they actually had FedEx labels instead of UPS. Rather than turn me away he offered to tape them up and put the labels on for me and told me where the nearest drop-off spot was. Great customer service!

This store actually works hard to be efficient. I will drive to the other side of town to use this location, because the store nearer my house is so slow. I'm appreciate these guys om Sunset for working hard and actually making us customers a priority

These guys are amazing! Every time I go, they are kind, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I drive further sometimes just to go to their store. I'm grateful when I find quality customer service these days. Keep it up. THANK YOU.
