COUNTRY BUMPKINS

The owner is reason enough not to shop here. She is extremely rude. When entering the store, she did not acknowledge us and had customers at the register waiting to check out as she finished her conversation. She proceeded to become defensive when asking about a refund. She was rude, unprofessional, and simply disrespectful. As we were shopping for the holiday season we were hoping for a little grace, understanding, and kindness. She shared none of these qualities. She was far more helpful to white people in the store so maybe she acted like this because we were hispanic. DO NOT SHOP!

The owner is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! DO NOT SHOP! Upon buying something in the store, we asked about their refund policy and she reported things could be returned up until Jan 15th. The next day we went back to return the items and the owner was immediately rude and defensive, reporting we could only receive store credit. We made her aware that yesterday there was no mention of only store credit option. She continued to be short, snarky, and rude and when we asked why she was being rude she became even worse. DO NOT SHOP!!! Items in store are not cute enough for the price anyway.
