When my Surface table suddenly stoped working I was worried that I would have a long tough process to recover all of my stuff. However FireFold and its amazing staff were able to clone my Surface onto a new one! When I turned on the new one, it was perfect all the way down to the tabs on my browser were still open! Had a broken keypad on my laptop and Best Buy employee sent me here. I walked in and Elijah got straight to work on fixing the computer. He was very easy to hold a conversation with and very knowledgable about laptops. He fixed my computer within 5 minutes and sent me on my way. Great value, Location is a bit further than concord old location but was beautifully set up friendly knowledgeable and fair prices. Accessories are a little over priced and not a lot of choices but I get it staying streamline is good business since for a young company. I would highly recommend this company

I priced a new phone battery 2 weeks ago, and decided today to order it. Amy handled my order efficiently, and when I realized I had a coupon I'd forgotten to use, canceled the transaction and reran it with the discount. Two weeks ago, I bought a charging brick and cable, that I've been very satisfied with, and today bought 2 more. Amy confirmed online that the charger she was selling me was comparable to the original one I was replacing. Amy was very patient and thorough, and never made me feel rushed.

I needed an HDMI cable but I wasn't able to go during the hours when they're Warehouse is open and I couldn't wait for the item to ship and be delivered to my house. I called the store location and they had exactly what I needed and was able to verify that it would work for me. When I got there I told them that I called he walked me to the product grab it ring me up and had me out in a minute. Was great service very friendly and the price was very reasonable just like their website will definitely be back thank you

These guys are awesome! Came in with a PSU I bought online that was kinda sketchy. Wanted to know if it was worth buying a new one. They ran tests on the PSU and all the cables in less than 15 minutes and answered all my questions. Will absolutely be coming back if I have any further problems.

They got my laptop up & running in 10 minutes after it wouldn't turn on all morning & didn't even charge me because it was such an easy fix. So fast & stress free that it made me feel silly for the tears I'd shed that morning thinking I'd lost everything. I will definitely be back if I ever run into any other issues!
