The staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and delivery is reliable. I have shipped many packages and they always arrive as expected.

We arrived a couple minutes after they closed and one of the store associates came to the door after my husband walked away and told him that she would be able to take care of him since it was just a drop off. She didn’t have to do that as the store was technically closed. Thank you very much. We need more people like that who will go the extra mile to help people out. Thanks again.

Great customer service and will help figure it out even if it's on your phone. I recommend this store, their long line goes quick.

I always have a bunch of amazon packages to return and the staff never make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. They're all great.

After a disappointing experience from the local staples I tried this store. They were ten times busy but still made sure help me with the difficulties I was having with my email. Definitely making sure this is my first stop for all my printing needs. Thank you for the help.

I truly do not know how this location has bad reviews! I go in there quite often for shipping, Amazon returns, etc. Always fast and it is always a pleasant and efficient experience.

We went in late on a busy Saturday,
and they were very kind, efficient and well organized. Pam was cheerful, even with a line out the door. Highly recommended.

I want to take the time to thank a lady name Pam at the Sheffield store. I was having issues with finding my package and had called a few UPS stores and got nothing but rude, carelessness.. So out of desperation I called the Sheffield store and Pam answered and right off the bat was kind, took her time to get all the details from me.. researched where it was and called me back to update me and made sure I got my package on time… I want to thank you for your kindness, for being polite and for all your help! You truly an awesome individual!! And I hope your boss sees this! You have an awesome employee

Corporate UPS denied my claim for refund... and it was a pretty sizeable amount of money.
Pam then got involved on my behalf. Pam works at the Sheffield, OH store.
It took her several runs at Corporate, and she was denied (on my behalf) more than once.

Her diligence, persistence and performance came through.

I received a healthy refund check because of her.

AMAZING!
Wow. This store is just 10/10. They helped me search for my amazon return when I accidentally left something in the box that wasn't meant to be there... and when I say search, I mean SEARCH. We opened two huge boxes and dug through the items in them to find my box. Just had an overall outstanding experience with them.

Was busy but the workers were quick with each customer and got in & out in less than 10 mins.

Always quick, efficient, and super friendly staff. I’ve gone here to return numerous Amazon returns with absolutely no issues. The QR codes Amazon provides are only valid for 2 weeks, so make sure you’re aware of that before going

Workers are always helpful and friendly, even when overwhelmed at the holidays. During holiday time, don't always expect to drop and go as there's sometimes a line. I see them doing their best. :)

The store practices social distancing. Staff was fast. There were 2 customers in front of me. Customer 1 was having an item faxed and customer 2 got up to the counter and wanted something faxed also. The ups worker said please stand to the side as our fax is in use so I can help the customer behind you. This was great customer service. Many times you can go ignored in these types of situations. Kudos!
