AT&T Store

AT&t has the most helpful generous kind and welcoming smiles I walked in with an issue with my phone late in the afternoon it took about 10 to 15 minutes and I was out of there they've always been great help and I recommend them to all people you know me I'm older and I don't have very much knowledge of computers and so with their help they educated me how to use my phone and how to use my data and I'm so grateful for that thank you AT&t

Great and fast experience getting my new Galaxy S24+ cell from this store.

I went into this store tonight just to look around at phone cases and other accessories and Vanessa was absolutely the best! I have been with AT&T since I was 19 and I’m 37 now. Her costumer service was amazing! There needs to be more employees that actually listen to what you need and provide feedback, honest opinions and are just straight kind. With all going on in this world to have customer service like that is such a blessing! Thank you Vanessa! You’re awesome! Great example of what customer service should look like!

My ATT rep, I think her name was Zee , was amazing!!! She was so helpful to me as well as all of the other customers there. She needs a raise!

I am a 'non-user' as my brother defines me. On more than one occasion I have taken my phone to a delightful young lady named 'Z' and she immediately resolved my problem. I wish I had a place for her in our company. Sharp, pleasant and 'she knows her stuff'! AT&T is lucky to have her!

I visited this store on a Thursday afternoon and they were extremely busy and the girl that helped me, Vanessa was very helpful. She was so nice and able to multitask and help us thoroughly I think she’s the best employee I’ve ever had help me at one of your stores. Definitely coming back to this store.

I recently went into the at&t norco store because I was having a hard time getting into my phone, I got locked out somehow. I'm sure it was by my own fault but I was helped by a young woman by the name of Anna. Anna was able to help me get in and out even though she appeared to have her hands full. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time

My phone died so I needed a new phone. There was only one employee and he was busy but got to me as soon as he could. His name was Steve. He was very knowledgeable about the products and I was pleased with the service.
