Called 20 min before closing looking for a specific phone for upgrade and informed the employee I wouldn't arrive til 2 min before closing. He promised to stay late to help me out. The phone was waiting on the desk when i got there, they activated it and i was done in 11 minutes. They are always polite and I will never shop at another cricket shop as long as I'm in the area

This is the best Cricket store. I travel from Syracuse just to go there. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything and are done in a short time. It is worth the half hour drive.
