Had a wonderful experience with Anne today. She is very knowledgeable on products. She addressed all my concerns and was great. She is very upbeat and personable. You have the right person representing your store.

I accompanied my wife. Service was exceptional. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Store layout and aisles were not as accommodating as other stores, according to my wife.

This Sephora is brand new on the corner of State Road 84 and University Drive. When walking in my sister and I were greeted warmly. The store was clean and fresh smelling. This particular Sephora is on the smaller size so they don’t have some of the things the larger stores have such as La Mer but do have a very nice selection for a smaller store. In addition to the employees there were some brand specialists there that were very helpful. We asked for some samples and they were more than happy to give them to us. The line to checkout was short I didn’t wait longer than 2 or 3 minutes. I was asked about and thanked for my visit. It was a nice experience with knowledgeable employees I would highly recommended this location.

Great place to shop nice and clean nice people. Hopefully if they ever needs a plumber one day they can call us 😊

My first time in this store but there was a hair product I really wanted to try. The price was very reasonable and because I ordered it in advanced it was ready when I got there. My only problem was with the parking lot. It's a rather busy one.

I went into Sephora last weekend to find a few things I needed and I was helped by 2 amazing employees. I truly wish I could remember their names but 1 helped me decided on a perfume, face wash and moisturizer. The other young lady helped me find some beautiful lashes for my daughter and a great toner to pair with my moisturizer. They both really knew what they were talking about because I asked a lot of questions and they were able to answer them for me. Thanks and can’t wait to go back!!!!

I got the 60 minute make-up service from Angelica, she was amazing and my make up came out so great! She made it very easy to put together this look. I went to a wedding that same day and it lasted great!

Lauren helped me yesterday! I was looking for a new concealer. I have been using Lancome Camouflage concealer for years & now its discontinued 😪 Lauren pointed out this new brand called Milk. I was a little surprised how well it felt on my skin & the result was sold! Lauren helped me find exactly what I needed! It happens items are going to stop being made. I kept an open mind! And I left satisfied!!

Customer service here is on point. I've never had an issue. I find it better then Ulta

Flew in for Lady Gaga’s concert and wanted to makeup done for it and chose this Sephora based on previous reviews but my session with Alyssa, with a lashes assist from Odette, exceeded my expectations. These ladies were friendly, sweet, always asking about my comfort, and did a stellar job when I asked them to create something from my outfit and knowing I’d be going to her show. I definitely picked the right place for this service!

I’d like to give a shout out to Mercedes in Davie! This woman is absolutely amazing! In February, before Covid, I went into the store and on accident, left my engagement ring, and then went on a two week trip. Little did I know, until I got back in town, that she’d called me and left me a message about my ring. ❤❤❤ As soon as the store reopened, I was able to contact her and retrieve my ring. Not to mention, she wasn’t even my beauty expert the day I lost it. She had found the ring, had to do a thorough review on her end, and finally link it to my transaction of that day. For her to contact me and have held it up to this point really shows something special about her. I’m so so thankful. Exceptional customer service, BEAUTY from WITHIN. Thank you Mercedes! You’re a real gem!! Couldn’t be happier ❤

The ladies who work here exude customer service!! Who am I speaking of specifically? Morgan and Bri. These ladies were so sweet when I visited this store a couple weeks. No hassles when I had issues with a couple products I purchased from another location.
They make me feel comfortable and excited to shop at this location.

This review has been a long time coming. I love this Sephora. The girls are always so helpful. I’d like to highlight a few employees and they are Anisa, Odette, & Laura.

Anisa has helped me serval times. I’ve tried over several of her recommendations over the course of a few visits and I always love them! I’m very picky when it comes to skincare so that’s definitely a big compliment! She’s also just overall very sweet and attentive !

Odette and Laura both really helped me try and figure out the curly girl method and they were both very very sweet and just gave really excellent customer service! Give them a raise! They deserve it 🙂

Morgan the manager really went above and beyond to make sure I get the right products for my skin! Her customer service was outstanding.

Sonia always is so knowledgeable and really listens to my concerns and what I’m looking for when choosing make up products! Ask for her help, she’ll recommend products you’ll love!

This store is great. They have a huge selection. It is super convenient and easy to get in and out of the shopping center.
