Hospitality by Adrian was second to none. As a new to the shoe-game person he answered every question i had regarding my purchase. Also gave me a great deal with my shoes that i traded in. Store was greatly organized and sale process could not have been easier. Selection of shoes were very diverse and had the size that i needed. Will Definitely be coming back for my next purchase, Great job!

I would highly recommend anybody to shop at STEPS who’s looking for the latest kicks and merchandise. Myself and my partner have both bought multiple kicks from his shop. Very cool and aesthetic place. Adrian was a very welcoming person and treated us very well. Was on the spot with pricing with comparisons to stock x and other retail online stores. Very cool store. Only part was the outside was a little sketchy looking.

Steps offers a great selection of exclusive sneakers here in Naples. I ended up walking out with the lance mountain and shadow 1s for a great price! The owner is always ready to work out deals as well. I like how they keep their store clean and sanitized. Steps goes above and beyond. Really feel welcome when walking in the store. The owner is super kind and friendly and is very knowledgeable about shoes. Also a ton a variety of sneaker that everyone would enjoy for a great price. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back to do more business.

Gives very good prices to buy and sell, sure they may be a little bit over market but you get the shoes right then instead of waiting a month or 2 to finally get them, very good business. he bought shoes off of me and paid instantly. Very good guy all around, when i visited the store he was very helpful and made jokes, i will definitely come back. 20/10

Adrian is the owner of Steps , He gives great customer service. I’m so glad he opened up here in Naples. Before I would order online and wait 6 weeks for my sneakers to arrive. Now I’m on my sixth pair with Steps, and never had any issues. If he doesn’t have in stock . He will get them ASAP. My last pair I ordered on Tuesday afternoon. He told me by Monday, then he text me on Friday come pick them up . That’s three days later .... Bam rocking them by weekend. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Glad Naples FINALLY has a shoe store THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS ABOUT SHOES!!! I walked in the store with so much expectations and to be quite honest with you , It delivered on all cylinders!!!!! Steps has some heat, great selection and grails. Adrian is super nice really cares about his business and clients. Their shoe cleanings are amazing made both of my pairs look brand new.
