Naples Grande Beach Resort

I am by no means a professional traveler but I am a licensed professional and the property is outstanding. The management has been extremely accommodating and the stay/view was very nice!! A bit of a chore getting to the beach but the additional beachfront facility is worth it... Also, a 50 minute massage at over $200 was unexpected. I think they should disclose that up front.

Me and my family had a good time in Naples Grande.

The rooms were nice, clean and big!

The services cleaning was nice, they were very attentive with us if we need more coffee, towels, cups etc …

The breakfast areas were nice and have different options. Servers not too nice but it’s ok …

The pool and this areas very nice! And the bartenders very nice 👍🏽
To go to the beach service was very nice they have a very nice 15min path for you to walk or if you don’t want you can take the little golf cars that take you for free there.

Good time in general.

The rooms and all areas of the hotel were very clean and well organized. The staff is what makes this place amazing. From the friendly bell staff to the check in team, the cleaning staff and anyone I crossed paths with during my time there. Friendly and very welcoming. It felt as if they wanted my family and I to be there.

Spectacular five star resort. I have stayed and will be returning.

The resort itself is outstanding, and I wish I could tell the owners how much we loved it and the staff. The Valet parking is dependable, and very professional.
Dont miss this place, it is ABSOLUTELY worth it.

Stayed in a villa this past weekend. Pool and beach were both beautiful. Resort staff excellent. Have to single out two staff. Sarah- waitress at pool restaurant is so kind, helpful, and efficient, and Mike a waiter by the pool. He never walked past without a hello, a kind word, and an offer of something. Keep up the good work.

I have stayed here multiple times and Naples Grande Beach Resort does not disappoint. Clean and lovely, easy access to beach and highways. The property has excellent service and amenities. Beautiful gardens and the team goes out of their way to ensure a great visit. On site underground parking. The hotel restaurant and coffee/snack bar is good and there are many restaurant and shopping options both onsite and off.

Fabulous resort, beautiful grounds, love the walk to the beach! Staff very welcoming and friendly and sent a nice treat for our 40th wedding anniversary! We will come back next chance we get!

My favorite place to stay in Naples. Heading down in a couple of days for our third stay this year and can't wait. Love the pool, the beach and the boardwalk to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Received great recommendations for local hot spots. Highly recommend.

I spent an entire week there was very welcoming. Our best part was Mike at the pool. Tremendous personality always took care of us made sure if we needed water pop or drinks from the bar or food. Always remembered us by name! Amazing person lucky to have him!

Service was excellent in every area. Every employee went above and beyond to provide amazing service. Clean with updated decor. Wonderful location. Outstanding food—especially at Catch of the Pelican. Beautiful beach area. Free, convenient boardwalk tram shuttle to and from the beach. Clean, well maintained pools with attentive servers and attendants. Experienced bartenders.
We visited in the off-season (August), so there were a few improvement projects in progress, but nothing which interferes with our enjoyment of the property.

Love this resort, everything was just right. Pool area is great. Amazing A+ service from Mike the waiter at the pool. He makes me and my family feel at home he even remember our names and always got our drinks right! Everytime we went to the pool we make sure we seat on his area! Thanks Mike !!!!

We stayed here through Costco Travel and it was amazing! We absolutely loved the hotel, lots of good food, perfect pool for kids and families, great location. The beach was absolutely amazing. The staff was nothing but kind and helpful. We were there during Hurricane Idalia and they were very great at still making it a great experience. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

They rooms are very dates in some ways. The staff is amazing. But the worst part is the elevators. They definitely need to get that fixed.
Valet attendees were also very helpful and pleasant. Overall, great girls' trip.

I was very impressed during my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was inviting, the staff members were pleasant and there were many things to offer in terms of dining, entertainment and recreational. The room was pristine and exceptionally clean. I would most definitely stay here again.

Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, detail-oriented and full of personality! The property is gorgeous and offers a variety of beautiful spots to relax from the beach, to the pool, lounge and terrace. Our room was clean, well-appointed and offered a great view. Room service was prompt and accurate. Pur favorites were Sammy, Hafid & Brayaan! We can't wait to return!

Travelled with our two year old and this was a fantastic hotel.
I was worried booking thru Costco Travel we would get the 'B rooms', but we had room 1705 on one of the highest floors closest to the ocean side with sunset and sunrise views. Thank you so much this momma needed it!
We got housekeeping everyday which was nice as we stayed for a week.
Rooms are a bit dated but I think they look better in person and are very spacious than people's pictures will show. If you stay in your room that much to care, why book near the beach is beyond me.
They also honoured the Costco package discount inclusions, with no issue at the end of our stay on the bill. Food on site is of course pricier than travelling a block away but thats an added luxury to treat oneself and typical for any hotel. Their coffee bar was fantastic every morning.
FYI we got the fish sandwich for room service late one night and it was awful. Terribly oversalted we couldnt even eat it but didnt mention this to staff so thats our bad.
We travelled during off season and the pool was never busy and very clean. Didnt even notice music playing loud like some people complain.
We were never approached for pool service and had to get our own but possibly because we were up and down with the little one. I was kind of disappointed for that.
Never had to wait for a beach tram as one was always there waiting. Beach was amazing and again not busy. The older woman with blonde hair running the chair/towel/umbrella service at the beach was so sweet and lovely but dont know her name.
I will say I was hoping for more child friendly daily activities to do on site but maybe cause it was off season during end of October.
We would definitely visit again and loved the Naples area and beaches.

We are repeat guests here. On our last visit we had a beautiful room on the 18th floor, however on our first night elevator maintenance started outside our room very early in the morning. When we brought this to the attention of Timera, she immediately said that she would take care of it as that should not be happening. She also had delivered to our room a lovely fruit and cheese tray with a bottle of champagne to help brighten our stay. Needless to say our stay was fabulous. Thank you Timera!
