The UPS Store

They had been patient with me finding the different return codes from Amazon for the multiple packages I had to return. at privately owned pack and ship companies I have received poor treatment, repeatedly from employees and owners from not having these codes ready for them. I’m not sure why Customer Service is a lot better here than other shipping businesses; I definitely appreciate it.

Great customer service! I can get in and out quickly. They will also let me know if a package costs less to ship by USPS with a longer delivery..and they have wrapped candy!

Amazon returns are the easiest thing to return at this UPS store. The employees are very friendly and exceptional at their job.

This store is a unicorn! The whole team is extremely pleasant and efficient EVERY time. No other local store comes close. I will drive out of my way to process returns/packaging/shipping/anything to come to this store over all other UPS Stores in the area. Even when this location is busy and has a line out the door, the team works quickly to multi-task and take care of customers.

I loved the store and the location. There was one worker that was very helpful and her name is Sabrina. I have been there several times and no matter when I arrive and what time she always is always busy. She helps everyone and does it very fast and gets the customer out quickly. Plus she is the sweetest as she can be. I most definitely will continue to use this store because I think it is the best one in Daytona.
