AT&T Store

Sean was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was a good listener and had my interest at heart. He spent good amount time with me and went over everything thoroughly, making sure that all my questions were answered.
Then after the sale of my new Iphone 15+, he went over several products, three of which I bought as accessaries. I was so pleased after my experience with Sean, not just from the product I purchased but because of the way he handled the whole process.

My wife and I went into the store to replace our iPhone13s. We met immediately with Kyle Gomezat and he addressed all of our issues with knowledgeable recommendations and expert care. In less than 30 minutes we were leaving the store with new phone, completely setup and a new DirectTv subscription, ready to go. Kyle was excellent! TY. John Malone

Conner is AWESOME!! We went in to transfer/transition to my new iPhone and Conner was professional, friendly, patient, and efficient. We've been customers of AT&T for years and we have to say Kyle in the Brownwood store gave us the best service we have ever experienced with AT&T. He is kind and knowlegeable--and the best multi-tasker we have seen in action. We just finished getting our new phones installed and thanks to Kyle it was a breeze.

A rep in December told us that we were getting two new phones and watches with our new contracts. The watches were not free. Rep was not transparent with us. Our current watches were two years old and we would never have got new ones had we known. Our word against the rep, but we know. Long time customer. So sad.

I was greeted as soon as I went in by a friendly young man. He was very helpful and had me on my way quickly.

My agent was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very attentive and walked us through the entire process.

We’ve been ATT customers for 25 years, and while living in multiple different states. This store is by far the best experience we’ve ever had with the most courteous, knowledgeable staff ever. The General Manager, Kyle is unbelievably attentive - even working with us way after hours to resolve issues. Talking to our daughter in another state who was at an ATT store that was not able to help her. After 2 hours there, she called Kyle and he fixed it all within less than a minute. Can’t say enough about these folks.

I contacted AT&T at Brownwood The Villages Florida to straighten out some issues with my apps on the phone and review my account. Also purchased some equipment. Salesman was Drew and he is unbelievable. He is the best. AT&T representative I have met in over 10 years of dealing with AT&T. He should receive the employee of the month or employee of the year award.

To be honest we’ve had our troubles with AT&T trying to get our accounts straightened out after getting new watches or phones, but no such troubles at their store in Brownwood. We were helped first by Manny, then Kyle and both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A totally seamless transition to two new IPhones and Kyle was able to help us save some money and then showed us how we could reduce our overall AT&T bill to boot. I’d rate them a six if I could.

Manuel and Paige were awesome! I was the only customer in the store, and I was greeted and promptly helped upon entering the store. I took advantage of the trade in deal going on right now and they made it super easy. They kept me entertained while waiting for my phone info to transfer over, and Manuel made sure I got my buy 2 get one free offer. :) they also respected the fact I wore my mask and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about it. you guys are fab!

Drew is amazing! He went out on a limb to help me with my phone since I just arrived from eastern Europe! He was so helpful and got me connected so I can enjoy this time with family!! Someone needs to give this guy a raise because he was working out of his area and figured it out!!

Nic, Manny, and Drew are easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about products. So easy that we passed by 2 other at&t stores to go to the villages. Well worth the drive and time. Keep up the great work.
