I had such an amazing experience today! I went in and Associate Simon was so knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me find my You’re The One body mist and then gave me more options like a pure Wonder…. Which I LOVE!!!!! He needs a promotion or something for his phenomenal work. And on top of everything else he was so friendly and kind. I’ll be coming back, but only when he’s working!

We really enjoyed our experience here. The store is clean, organized and pleasantly fragranced. An employee named Jordan was not only helpful, but very personable and such a joy to talk with. She was very interactive with us and my little girl even while she was working hard, which made us feel at home. She needs a promotion for her dedication and warmheartedness! I have absolutely no complaints here!

Always enjoy stopping in to sample the new fragrances. The employees are always welcoming and very helpful. Was glad to see they brought back the strawberry pound cake fragrance this year. My friend surprised me with a bottle of the strawberry pound cake hand sanitizer with essential oils and oh my it is great. It sure makes your hands feel so soft and the scent lingers for a long time. With having to use hand sanitizer so often it really roughs up your skin, the essential oils in this really make a huge difference. I definitely recommend trying this product in you scent choice.

Went two days ago because I ran out of hand sanitizer and wanted more soap. There's really helpful arrows so all shoppers kept good distance, the sales team was very cheerful - I think they like their work. They talked me into a new scent for beside the kitchen sink! I will be back!!!!

This was my first time going to the BBW in alabaster and the store is beautiful. They had a sale.for $10 off candles and i racked up on 4. A sweet lady gave me her 20% off coupon so i got a great deal. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

They’re always so nice and helpful! Love this store and will always recommend to anyone looking for a bath and Body in the area. Sometimes the policies and coupons can be confusing but this staff is always so patient and understanding. Couldn’t say enough nice things about them.
