Today was my first time entering into a Snipes store.
I was greeted, and when I needed assistance, Carlos and Dayani were available to help me. They were great. Helped me place an order and also assisted me with shopping and trying to figure out the size of a particular shirt. Excellent first experience I will return again.

Adri and Arlene were super professional and friendly . I didn't even have to ask them what I was looking for they just came directly to my son and I and asked how they can help me and anything in particular I was looking for . Arlene seen that my son loves nice shoes and recommended a great shoe cleaner and protectant while adri helped me fine 3 pairs of shoes in our size which we both were in love with I will definitely be coming back and I would definitely recommend this place to all my shoe freaks out here . U will see me many more times to come and by

I went in the buy a gift for my son. The salesman was extremely helpful. My son love his birthday gift. His friendz now says that I'm a cool mom. 😎

I both 1 Air Force number 9. In the box there is 1 9 and 1 8.5, the attendant didn't checkit.

This location has the worst evening staff imaginable. Not the first time. I’ve been patient but that one girl… Big brunette needs to go. Maybe work for Apple for she’s always on her phone. Rude response when asking for help. As If you’re bothering her. I travel to Pines to avoid this store.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the extremely rude and unprofessional treatment my husband received at your shoe store on the 06/11/2023 at around 6pm .
From the moment we entered, the employee made us feel uncomfortable and devalued, responding sarcastically to his simple inquiry.
As a customer, we expected courteous and respectful service, but her attitude left me feeling discouraged and unwilling to return. I suggest providing additional customer service training to your staff to avoid similar experiences for others.

Adri, was exceptional and she should be placed as the manager instead. She serves a raise! Not Dani or Daniela what we her name is the manager there… she’s a pest!! All others even the manager were unprofessional and rude and are total problem starters. Nice store but crew aside of Adri sucks!

Nice selection of merch but staff is absolutely awful! Rude girls yelling at customers, eye rolling when asked for shoe sizes. One girl, long hair, long nails yelling at customers to get out of the way so she can get past them. No please, no excuse me, nothing! Then stood in the middle of store to yell at customers that if they didn’t make a line they weren’t going to help them. I’ve seen better customer service at a urinal at the fair! Coming from a retail background, last 13 in management, I can guarantee you, you don’t have repeat business.
