I use to like going here to get my custom designs for my local team but after today, due to the lack of customer service skills, they have lost my business. I put in my request for a hat yesterday, paid for it, and my wife picked it up for me today (appreciate the quickness) but got charged AGAIN at a lower cost. I called to let the gentleman know he double charged us, he questioned it saying "I did?". I told him I have a receipt to show I paid yesterday and if he would, credit what I was charged since it was higher(didnt know at the time why the price difference). He said he could not, will credit the lower amount since it was same day. I was over it, glad we were no longer being double charged, said ok and I hung up. A few minutes later I got a call back from the gentleman and said he found the previous receipt for the higher cost, will credit it back, and told me do not be rude hang up on him again. That is where the line was crossed. I told him thank you and he no long needs to worry about me hanging up on him again since he officially lost a customer.
