When to all the shopes in town and idaho vape was the only place that have the right coils in stock no one else in town cared to try and find the right one thank you idaho vape for being there for us in the time of need and so friendly staff and. Knows what there talking about definitely will be back at this store u have a loyal customer from now on .

Great selection on products and chill customer service

I have been shopping, almost exclusively at this store for about 9 years. The staff, the owners, everyone is just amazing. If I have any problems with my products they are helpful in resolving my issues. By far the best vape store in Idaho Falls!

There's not much more I can say that the other reviews didn't cover! The only bad thing I can say, is I didn't discover them sooner!! Omg these guys are what Cust Service should be &like other's said they go above& beyond to make sure all is good before I leave!! Josh has always been incredibly HELPFUL with getting my vape coils changed&that I've got what I need! This VAPE SHOP IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHOP IN Eastern Idaho! Damn everything about this store from product to knowledgeable staff&prices are great and if u can't find it here, they will get it!! Never have I been to a vape shop where I can buy my coils separately! I lovethat option! Thanks for such amazing Cust service & a variety of what a shop should be!! All other store owners TAKE NOTE THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST AROUND!!

The owners and workers there are very personable in a respectable way. I always feel like I’m welcome walking in. I can always count on a smiling face, items in stock, answers to my questions, and solid background music while I’m shopping. I have tried shopping other places in the past and absolutely nothing compares. I’ve been going there for the last 6 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I am greeted by name and have seen them greet other people by name. Can’t say enough positive about them honestly

These guys are the absolute best! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been going to the for several months now and have had a great experience there every time. Recently I bought a new battery from them and have been enjoying it. As of writing this review, yesterday I broke my battery. Today I brought it in to have it looked at on my lunch. They told me it would be done in a half an hour to an hour, and I unfortunately would be at work until they close. So I gave them my info and left for work. later that evening they brought my fixed battery to me AT MY WORK. That my friends... is customer service. I can assure you there is not a better vape store in Idaho Falls. Thanks again guys, you rock!

Beat vape shop in town, amazing pricing and a great variety of products. Friendly and funny people that work their. Love the attitude they have and the information on their products. Also love support they give to the military and veterans. And love the way the store looks inside. Clean and organized.

I love Idaho Vape! It’s such a great and efficient place to go. They always do such a great job. I specifically look forward to seeing Kenzie there. She is so fun, bubbly and very helpful. Highly recommended for any nicotine needs.

Idaho Vape has been the best vaporizer store that I have been to in Idaho Falls. I highly recommend them. I only wish that there would've been more reviews about their store before I wasted my time and money by going to The Vaper Door. These guys definitely know their products, I’m still learning a lot about how vaporizers work and they have been willing to take the time to explain how they work. I'm very happy that I've found this store. All of their employees are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them, if you are looking at vaping as an alternative to smoking; their store is definitely the place to start.

Awesome Vape shop. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Vaping stuff and I was not. They were able to help me find the juice that I needed, because I had left mine back in Utah and was visiting in Idaho. The staff knew exactly which juice for me to use even though they didn’t carry the same brand I was used to vaping. They actually turned me to a new vape flavor. Thanks Idaho Vape!!!

Walked in to purchase a new 510 thread battery and was surprised to see they carry a killer selection of water pipes and accessories. The employee that helped me assured me they only sell quality glass most of what I saw was just that. Ol dude was knowledgeable and friendly and all about making that sale which worked out perfect cuz yuh boy was ready to buy. So I went in for a battery but instead walked out with this little hitter. Definitely worth checking this place out HIGHLY recommended.

Something happened to my vape a few days after buying it. I had no idea what happened but it stopped working. Came back to see if they could fix it or give me advice on what to do. And they just gave me a new one. Very Awesome People 10/10 recommend this place to anyone new to vaping!

I just got my juice order from these guys today. out of all the e juices I've tried, these guys make the best, hands down. Grade A quality, for prices that beat all the local vape shops, so I ordered then in from out of town. Idaho Vape will be my main provider for e juices from now on.

The people are outstanding very knowledgeable about their products. They take the time to see what you are wanting. I have doing business with them for over 5.5 years and love the customer service.

I loved being able to try out the flavors first before buying. The staff is fantastic and assisted me whenever I needed the help. I highly recommend their flavors and will only use them from now on.
