Great customer service! I cut it close and waited until an hour before my match to come in and get my racquet restrung. A helpful young employee returned it to me with a new set of strings and a nice overgrip---with time to spare! Easily one of the best experiences I've had in a tennis shop; the employees were flexible enough to work with me and the limited time I gave them. It's clear that they are very knowledgeable and well-equipped to handle any of my future tennis-related needs!

I’ve always been able to walk right in and get my tennis needs taken care of right away. They string rackets quickly and have great customer service! Prices are on point.

Best tennis spot in idaho falls. They have plenty of courts for everyone. Always very clean. Helpful and professional staff. Madi was very helpful when I wanted to schedule a time to play and even helped me find my wife some new shoes. Great place

My son began tennis a couple of years ago. I thought about buying him a racket online but was referred to Drop Shots. The young man who helped him was phenomenal, explaining the difference in rackets. He let him hit a couple dozen balls with the different rackets. When we needed shoes we went back and Melanie helped him find a shoe that was comfortable and functional. Again, he tried on several different pairs and went onto the court to find the pair he wanted. I'll go there for all my future tennis equipment!
