Luis Estrada was very helpful in preordering and purchasing my Apple Watch series 6 and Apple IPhone 12 Pro. I would definitely return for future help regarding my Verizon account. I spent a while and ending up getting an Apple Watch. Luis Estrada was very knowledgeable and helped show me how it could work with my I Phone11.The next day I had forgotten one simple thing and his co-worker showed me easy as pie.
I went to vote about thirty minutes later and left my phone in the voting booth. Went back five minutes later. Gone.
I got back to Verizon as quick as I could to see what they could do. I called it. No answer.
They saw I had an IPad. I hadn’t used it in about four years so they suggested I go get it from home. So I did.
