Uptown Hearth

So worth the wait! I had a delicious, perfectly brewed coffee and berry cheese danish. The pastry was dense and flaky at the same time. I’ll be dreaming about eating another one for days. My partner had a ham & cheese croissant that was baked to perfection, and it had a generous serving of ham and cheese inside. Our aunt had banana bread… so thick, moist and tasty. I need that recipe asap!!! And to top it all off, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly! We’ll be back soon to enjoy a full breakfast! Thanks guys!

The VERY BEST place for breakfast or lunch in Flathead County! Try their breakfast sandwich. You’ll thank me later!

I love every aspect of this place! Would give more stars if possible. The staff is so incredibly friendly/polite and great at their jobs. Coffee/chai are always delicious and they have oat milk, which is great. The food they cook is on point and they have the best eggs in the valley. I haven't had a bad pastry here ever, always fresh, never dry or stale. The small dining area is really intimate and waiting patrons encourages a great start to your day.

Comfortable location with unique menu options and lovely pastries. Coffee drinks are made well and the service is sincere.

The food is great and the space is very warm and welcoming. They were very accommodating with our special food requests. Busy place.

AMAZING COFFEE. I got the pumpkin spice latte, they made the mix so it’s not overly sweet AND actually tastes like pumpkin spice. Also ordered breakfast food. The eggs are excellent (they add fresh herbs) which gives it lots of flavor. Bacon extra crispy. We also tried a sour cream coffee cake with raspberries on top which was delicious. Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I shared an amazing time on a Sunday morning in this place. Had never gone in before but was recommended by a friend. The set up is too cool!! If your looking to meet a new friend, just take a seat in community dining table right in the middle of the store. Or if you need personal time grab a seat on a stool facing outside. And don't forget your coffee made by one of the locals best. And the food cooked fresh in eyes sight was beyond 5 star! Great staff!!! Great place!!

Simply excellent. Great atmosphere. World class pastries. Excellent service. Even the drip coffee was truly amazing. Probably one of the best breakfasts I have had in Western Montana. Certainly better then anything in Whitefish.

Our visit this weekend was the first and certainly won't be the last. My husband and I both got the breakfast sandwich and it was one of the best we ever had. We got a danish pastry to go and fought over it once we opened it up to eat it during our ski adventure in the park. And the coffee!! So, so good. Its exciting to see quality restaurants opening up in C Falls.

This cozy coffee spot has separate vendors for coffee and pastries. Both serve excellent goodies. The coffee was carefully and deliciously prepared. The pastries were unique and scrumptious. Nice little patio outside for a summer day

What a great find! We're staying in Columbia Falls while we explore Glacier National Park, and found Uptown Hearth on Yelp. Everything we had was excellent - vegetable frittata, Breakfast Sandy, and great coffee too. The Morning Bun was fantastic: part croissant, part cinnamon roll, all delicious. We'll be back several times before we head back home.

This is one of those rare places that make your life better.

Matt's lattes are the best in the valley (try the vanilla); their breakfast sandie is to die for.

We have their amazing biscuits and huckleberry jam weekly. Upscale decor with calm centered workers just happy to be here.

We found this bakery by accident while visiting the used book store next door. We bought delicious pastries and came back a few days later for a full breakfast! All four of our meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Highly, highly recommend!

Checked this place out while staying in Whitefish for the weekend and it is definitely not a place to be missed! The owner immediately greeted us at the door and was very attentive as we had never been there before. The gentleman preparing the drinks was friendly and skilled and everyone working there seemed to go the extra mile to ensure that meals were prepared quickly and to perfection. Supporting local business at it's best!

I had the Chai with the morning bun bread pudding and it was a perfect pairing. The cinnamon flavour with the lightly crisp bun was true perfection. The Chai was a perfect spice level and was nicely complimented with the delicate vanilla sweetness.

My husband had the special breakfast quesadilla - he said it was the best quesadilla he has ever had. The avocado cream was a perfect compliment. The tortilla was hand made and the filling was delicious.

We are heading home tomorrow and I hope that we can stop again on our way home to pick up some of the pastries that I didn't have a chance to try today!

Amazing fresh breads & pastries, and hands down the best coffee in the valley. Uptown Hearth has become a hub for Columbia Falls— a cornerstone café with an elevated yet unpretentious menu (comforts of home but fresh and always delicious). I'm glad y'all are here!

We had a great breakfast there this morning. The staff was great and so was the food. Perfect location located in downtown Columbia Falls. I would definitely recommend you stop in and grab a coffee and one of their pastries.

Amazing place to eat breakfast/brunch. Service was phenomenal, the place itself is super clean, and the food and coffee was awesome. Matthew went above and beyond to make our experience great. My girlfriend and I ate here every morning of our vacation. Highly recommend this place!!!
