Before I worked here, I really enjoyed the space that we have in the shop. There's a lot of really cool items to look at and we do our best to keep the best disposable vape flavors in stock always!

I've been coming to this shop, and this smoke shop only, for my cigarettes for almost two years now. About a carton a week. Plus I've spent money here on gifts for others and other personal goods. Needless to say I've spent hundreds and hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars here.

Why the one star review? Well I hope the owner is reading this.

I will no longer accept the poor customer service this location has given me. It really has been a hit or miss. But the prices were right, so I would just endure it, get in, and get out. I've come in before and had to count my own change back. Ticket was 35.52. Gave the cashier 40.52. She admitted she was too high to count my change back to me. Then asked me what the correct change was.

This time, tonight, I came in to get my weekly carton to be greeted by a cashier I hadn't seen before. After she brought the carton over and told me it would be $37.44, I got out my 30 in cash and a jar of quarters. As I start to stack the quarters in sets of 4, to make it easy for everyone, she ask me if I can take my quarters somewhere else. Turn them to cash, and then come back to purchase the cigarettes. I asked her "so you won't take $7.50 worth of quarters" she says no that's too much. Mind you on the counter, she has a tip jar out, which had a couple of ones and some change in it.

So I decided to take my business elsewhere. Politely. My wife came in there to ask her why she wouldn't accept the currency I offered. The girl immediately started telling her, before she even said a word, that she needed to leave "her" store. I won't tell the rest because I wasn't present. But basically the girl told my wife she had a right to refuse counting my quarters, and that she also has a right to kick anyone she wants out of "her" store for any reason at all. After my wife was able to speak her side, she was threatned with a call to the manager. Neither my wife or I raised our voices or were rude in any way. People, believe you me, I'm shaking just trying to get this story out. This is not how you treat people. For one I feel profiled and unimportant. I have a big bushy beard and I work with rescue animals so I probably don't smell the best today. Basically I'm not a person that buys things with change all the time. I'm an honest hard working man that recently had to have surgery to fix my index finger. So the scraping by is even more of a struggle than the usually these days. I don't have time to be looked down on or treated like someone has some marketing power over me because of the currency I can provide. No thank you. I will never return if I see this employee still working at your store. I will not post a description but you the owner are more then welcome to reach out to me. I'm gonna go smoke a whole pack (that i bought with quarters)now just to calm down from the disgrace of a representation that humanity has come to these days.

Couldn't get the girl out guy that was working too come give me any info on the infused wraps, they said bring it up to the front and all I can do is price it. Had to walk back and forth twice. Bud was so dry just crumbles away. Bad job guys. Barely 3 stars and 3 of the 5 star reviews are employees. Might be a good time to get better employees. this establishment should and could be a 5 star shop.

Flower was so dry it crumbled to dust. Girl was rude and could care less about telling me any info on what I was asking. Only 2

If a patron comes into your shop and asks for a SPECIFIC product type, and you suggest a product...then hand said patron what you've sold them, and they tell you it does not fit what they requested and asks to exchange it on the spot, why wouldn't you do it?

Shady business practices, lack of customer service, and clearly a lack of knowledge about the the products you are selling. This is essentially theft.

So why do we buy from local stores? First, to have a local shop to help with problems or defective items. Secondly the convenience of having a local stock of commonly needed items. This store has good stock and helpful sales people. However they do not stand behind the products they sell. I recently bought an item that was defective and they refused to even exchange it. I was told they didn't make it so I had to contact the manufacturer for help. Effectively removing the biggest reason to buy local. So do yourself a favor buy online- it will be considerably cheaper and you'll likely get better support. Too bad a local business choose poor support over actually keeping a regular customer.

Every time I buy a vape here no matter what it is it only last for like 3 days on top of that it’s overpriced. I go to the plug vape shop in Asheville and it’s $20 cash for a lost Mary and it last me over a week. Not only is everything overpriced, the flower is absolutely trash. It looks worst than regs or mids . I wouldn’t take the flower even if it was free.

I’d rather not go there and find my favorite gummy’s are no longer sold
