Great customer service with the agent Bill. He assisted me with my package concerns expeditiously. Thank you to Benjamin whom has been my driver for awhile now. Very accommodating & I have never had any complaints.

Customer service is great. I drop off packages often and see the same afternoon crew, especially Carlos. Express cut off time is 4:45pm and they often will run my package out to the driver's when the cutoff time is running close.

Very nice lady working the desk. One of those people whose smile you can hear in this new era of covered faces! Easy markings on the floor for social distancing and a nice clean location. Business handled in and out in a jif!
