Daniel! was a Amazing representative he paid close attention to details for what I and my husband were looking for. He answered all of our questions, he didn't make the time long and drugged out..he was good!!! I bought a IPhone..im happy with my purchase..Thanks again Daniel.!!!!!!

Josue was a great help today. I went in to get a battery replacement for my Note 5 and walked out with a brand new Note 10 that is amazing. I also got a wireless charging pad, otter box and some other accessories at great prices due to current promotions they are having right now. The store was nice and clean. The representative I that worked with me was at the Reynolds’s Ranch Pkwy. store in Lodi by the name of Marianna and she was so gracious, friendly and certainly knew her job. I had a big issue which took over 2 hours and although I apologized for taking up so much of her time, she assured me that she would stick with it as long as it took and no worries.
She is an exemplary employee and I was grateful I had the pleasure of working with her.

Very satisfied. Explained phone comparisons, showed the difference between phones and transferred info to new phones helping to resolve issues between old phone and new one. Will definitely be my go to place for all my new products.

Today I went into the at&t store to pay my bill. I was very impressed with the way George (employee who helped me) conducted himself. He was very kind and helpful. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, I just think everyone should know that the att in Lodi (Reynolds ranch) is far more professional and courteous than the att on kettleman.

My 81 yo Grandfather walked into this store after not getting any help from another store. Jack was extremely helpful especially in light of an elderly gentleman's lack of tech knowledge. He was patient and made sure he had what he needed before he left. Thank you Jack!

I went to this local ATT store to upgrade my outdated phones . The new manager Giancarlo helped me walk out with 2 brand new phones, along with a Direct TV package that fit my budget perfectly. I would definitely go to this store again!
