RH Outlet Cary

I recently visited the RH Outlet in Cary and noticed its clean and well-organized layout. They offer a selection of luxury furniture items at approximately 50% off, which is a great deal. Just be aware that the prices don't include shipping. If you're interested in upscale furniture at discounted prices, the RH Outlet in Cary could be worth checking out.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. This place has great selection. The price is still RH price with slight discount. Do your due diligence and look on their website and then compare, I find you get about $500 cheaper for a $3000 dresser compared to their current online store price. If you don’t mind slight imperfection for $500 cheaper then it’s a good store for you.

Amazing selection, prices and customer service. Craig and Christina were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. They were very patient and customer service is a genuine priority for them. Some outlets let designers come in and tag a bunch of inventory for the day, but not here. The rules for holding items apply equally for everyone, so there's not a mad rush to tag inventory at opening (thank goodness). Truly a fantastic experience. We have been RH customers for many years and could not believe the deals we got at this outlet (first time at an outlet). Tons of Maxwell couches, chairs, patio furniture, and rugs (and so much more)!

I just bought a cloud modular sofa 4-piece and I love it. This is expensive stuff so it’s nice to score a deal. If you’re going to do any shopping here, be prepared to spend. But the FIRST thing you need to do is go find the guy named Craig. He is the most personable representative of any business I’ve ever visited. He will devote time to helping you fit your needs and understand the RH Outlet logistics, even if he’s busy with the duties he has to take care of that moment. He always has time for the customer and I felt very well taken care of. Amazing job, will be back as long as I still have furniture budget!

We purchased a dresser at the RH Outlet recently. Good selection of sofas, dressers, chairs and coffee tables, The staff was very helpful. Michael in particular helped a lot and gave us a lot of information. He even suggested looking online to check prices. I would highly recommend working with Michael if he is available in the store. Super helpful!

Yes this is an outlet store and they do have a decent bit of variety but it's still on the high side. Most of the sofas were cream or white that they had available. We didn't buy anything so I can't speak for quality or customer service but definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

Quality items, still expensive but still a decent savings to come here versus the regular store or online.

We have purchased 7 items from Restoration Hardware outlet, we left them packaged until we moved into our new home. The items that we left at the store for delivery had sold stickers placed on the top or the front of the wood pieces, which we did not notice until we unpacked at our new home. If you purchase an item and have it delivered, be sure to ask the sales associate to not put stickers on a visible area. The sticker that was placed on top of our lacquered sideboard came right off with Dawn and water. That was after I used a hairdryer and then white distilled vinegar to try to remove the adhesive. I’m still working on the matte stained table top and matte painted credenza. The other items we brought home directly from the store and have no problems.
Otherwise, the store is beautiful and slightly less expensive than if you have the RH membership. Shipping is not included with either, same with RH full priced purchases.
The store is lovely, well laid out, and nicely organized. The staff is friendly!

Googling outlet furniture stores this store showed up in my search results. I spent 20 minutes traveling here and the first stationary 3 seater couch I saw said 4,000 marked down from 8,000, I had to ask the store attendant if their prices were in pesos.
