AT&T Store

I had a wonderful experience today with the staff, more specifically one of the workers named Jessica. I came in debating if I should switch my company over to att and Jessica fullly sold me on it. She was more than wonderful to help me start a new line with an upgrade phone plus accessories. I was very happy with my purchases and very satisfied with how she treated me through out the whole process. I would definitely come back and recommend more people this store.

I visited this store to upgrade my phone and get a new iPad. There was a couple issues with my account so I was directed to the manager. Russel was absolutely fenomenal, he went above and beyond to help me with my issues and made it seem as if there was no problem at all. He was extremely welcoming and his attitude toward everybody was fantastic. While he was helping me he was also managing his associates. Honestly his professionalism his on par with some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could go on and on but to sum everything up, the store was extremely clean, the associates were super respectful and helpful, all around amazing experience and I would 100% recommend this store to everyone.

It was a great visit, the whole team was nice and professional, it was one of my best visits to an at&t in a while, I was working with Christian, very helpful young man, he was able to explain everything to me very clearly and even helped me do my phone transfer . I will be recommending this store to everyone.

Jessica and Misael were very professional and treated us like family. They were patient with explaining options and informed us of all promotions including firstnet.

Amazing service from the minute I walked into this store near my house. The store was spotless clean and I was pretty much in and out. There were no waiting, nor lines and Erick provided a phenomenal service from beginning to end.

I had went into the store not knowing too much about phones or anything techy. Allen helped me out so much. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to get any help because of how little I know. But he walked me through every step and the whole setup with no problem!! Even helped me set up my HBO Max

Walked into the store and was greeted very nicely, had all my questioned answered by the representative (his name was Allen) and was out in less than an hour after trading in and opening a few lines for me and my family. Overall the best experience I've had at a phone store to date!

My daughter and I just left this store. Eric was very patient and attentive with us. He went above and beyond with my daughter's upgrade. We highly recommend him. ☺
