These employees work extremely hard to accommodate every customers needs and the confusion about no box no label vs customer packed is not very hard to understand to take anger out on these poor hard working individuals is absolutely sickening and nobody should get upset over a taping charge or a packing charge or whatever charge it may be amazon sets out rules and policies these guys are just simply following and they're running a business we can't expect free services when everyone knows nothing is free best group of employees and owners I've ever met keep up the great work ❤

Came here at 9am on Friday. Quick and easy as well as very kind. Wish they had the amazon return station but excellent service

Marsha was helpful even though I was running late. I arrived about ten minutes before closing but was still able to get my package sent. She even remembered to give me a receipt! Great UPS customer service!

Good service, patient clerk - I did not have my glasses so this young man patiently went through the 'check out' process.

I have returned my Amazon products at the store multiple times. Every time that I come in and I get Donnie as my guy that helps it is always a pleasant experience. This man deserves a raise!! he has always had an upbeat, cool, calm and collected personality that I enjoy. Thanks, Donnie!

I went in today with a really awkward Amazon return. Amazon wanted me to group my returns all in one package (for some reason the Kohl's drop off option wasn't available) and I didn't have a box large enough, but had two that would work. The ladies in there were so helpful and friendly trying to help me troubleshoot options for this odd situation. I got it all sorted out quickly and at no cost with their help. Thank you!

Just dropped off a package here. Store was sparklingly clean. Staff were young, but super polite, cheerful, and helpful. Was a little unsure of what this UPS store would be like because the rating was low, but this place was great! I live near here so will definitely be back!

Very good customer service here. Notary is especially superb, being extremely personable while dealing with mundane paperwork in a professional manner. Not to mention priced extremely reasonable. Do avoid coming near lunch time, a line can form out the door.
